How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Rates are awesome. There is a flat rental rate (HUGE DISCOUNTS for Sunday thru Thursdays). Then price per person for beverage selections. Specials for week nights, Friday, Sunday and events "over before 3pm" on Saturdays.
 
Do you offer any special services?
Legends can accommodate all your special services
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Friday night rehearsal dinners are fun and elegant and delicious. Prices are set per person
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Brides can use (for free) any wedding prop that Legends has in house. Candelabra, columns, fern stands, podium all can be rented
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, chairs,and dance floor are no additonal charge. Others items are rentable
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Verified Vendors - Brides are allowed to use any vendors they wish for catering, cakes, photography, music including djs and bands as long as they are Verified Vendors (a free service). If your vendor is no sure they are Verified please have them contact our office and we are happy to accomodate them.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Brides are allowed to use any music vendor they wish for music including djs or bands as long as they are Verified Vendors (a free service). If your musician is no sure they are Verified please have them contact our office and we are happy to accomodate them.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Brides can rent the entire building, or a spicific area. We want them to feel at home. We like them to place portraits of their families and pets around our venue.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Beverages are sold at a GREAT PRICE. None allowed brought in.
 
How many power outlets does the venue have?
Legends has abundant power outlets.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
None except for no staples, nails or tape. Legends is beautiful without decorations. Money spent on nice linen is wiser than spending money on decorations or themes.

Legends provides the very best photo ops. No restrictions on photography.
