The property is family owned and operated and has been since 1994. Initially, a uniform and linen factory run by the current proprietors’ parents, it was transformed in 2017 for its current function. Facilities and Capacity

There are multiple event spaces located throughout Factory Atlanta. They are marked by crisp white walls, open ductwork, and ample lighting. The simplicity in this design allows for couples to get creative as they envision how to celebrate their love and commitment. The Showroom, which can be rented alone or with the other space, spans 2,400 square feet and accommodates up to 100 people. It features garage doors crafted from glass, which give you and your loved ones a view of the train tracks outside. These doors are large enough to fit a vehicle. Besides receptions, this room is also suited for ceremonies and cocktail hours. Then your loved ones can move to The Factory Floor, which is a space that allows love birds the ability to let their artistic side run wild. The 5,600-square-foot room boasts concrete floors and lofty ceilings. The understated design lets couples transform the room to meet their vision, turning their wedding into an entire experience. A dressing room is also available in the building, making preparations for your special day more straightforward. You can host showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners here as well.
