The coordinator, Susan, was beyond accommodating, offered very helpful tips, vendor recommendations, and was super easy to reach for concerns, questions, and working with our selected vendors. The venue was very clean, spacious, and we utilized the outdoor gazebo for our ceremony. The getting ready room for the bridesmaids was wonderful. The food was amazing, the chef was very professional and able to accommodate an allergy concern easily, the food was raved over by our guests all night. We were so pleased with how smooth everything went all day long, how organized Susan kept things during set up and throughout the entire wedding, and we would highly recommend this venue! We had also been here for other events in years past which were always very fun and well run. We had lots of options for great pictures throughout the venue and are beyond pleased with how everything turned out!

Susan Lewis and all the Staff at Olde Towne did an OUTSTANDING job with my husband's 80th Birthday party (around 40 guests). Everyone went above and beyond to make the party a wonderful success! Susan's valuable help all along the way made getting everything in place easy - everything from how to set up the room, recommendations for entertainment, and helping me pick the menu that would fit my guests and my budget. (Note: I had gluten free, chocolate free, and vegetarian requirements for some guests and guests aged 11-84. The Chef did an excellent job accommodating!). Olde towne is the way to go for your special events! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a wedding venue that was decorated for the holidays. Olde Towne was professionally decorated with multiple trees, a room with a fireplace made a beautiful backdrop for our guests. Our guests raved about the food too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Olde Towne and her team of you’re looking for outstanding service and great value.

I have booked at least 1 event at Olde Towne for the last 13 years. I can depend on a timely set up, friendly staff and fabulous food! Susan Lewis is a perfectionist who listens to the needs and wants and then delivers. She is also great with suggestions to provide a memorable experience!

No exact word can describe my experience 😌 We had our wedding here on 11/8/25 and it was so magical. We had Susan Lewis as our coordinator & she was absolutely amazing! I had her as my Day of Coordinator as well because she was worth all the extra fees. She helped create the timeline for the wedding, making sure that everything makes sense to the guests. She made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding!! Any issue or complication was handled by Susan & her staff. I had no ideas that things were happening behind the scenes. I just focused on me and having a good time. She was super responsive via emails and texts. God bless to her!! She truly had my back. The place was very classy & vintage looking which we love & wanted for our wedding. It felt so homey especially when all candles were lit & lights were dimmed. Food was amazing! All of our guests loved it. Not to mention, they offered some table centerpieces which helped a lot. Everything turned out so well & I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The venue was beautiful, from the spacious wedding area to the elegant ballroom, parlor, and bridal suite. Impressed by the wide variety of food options available, and the chef's preparations were outstanding—many of our guests raved about the quality and taste. The seamless transition from the wedding ceremony to the reception was executed smoothly. We are grateful for Susan, her coordination and help throughout the planning process and all the little extras provided to make our day so wonderful and memorable. Thank you!

Excellent wedding venue!

Working with Susan and Cathy was a pleasure. They were very responsive and patient with our questions even when we were sending messages at 10 pm at night. They let us borrow a lot of decorations we needed for the wedding and the timeline planning helped take a lot off our shoulders. Everything went off without a hitch and the actual day of was much less stressful as a result. We basically had to change from an outdoor to indoor wedding just a few days prior and all the help they provided in setting up an arch and decoration inside was a pure miracle. They really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted out of the wedding while helping provide key decoration information and vendor selection to make everything as easy as possible. Since they do the catering in house, we didn't have to get any outside food and the barbeque was delicious. My family loved it and they traditionally don't eat American food. My wife told me the wedding was more than what she had dreamed and I'm so grateful for everything the team at Olde Towne provided.

My now Husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Olde Towne Athletic Club for our Summer-Saturday wedding. The gazebo provided a beautiful backdrop for our intimate ceremony. The package we chose provided the 30-minute ceremony as an add on so it worked well within our budget. Our cocktail hour and the reception were held inside the ballroom and ballroom bar areas, and provided a seamless transition and experience for our wedding party and guests. Everyone was happy to escape the June heat, even though the gazebo is situated in a shady area (which was a plus!) The staff was very professional and attentive and the food was AMAZING, headed by an award-winning chef! The only complaint we shared with some of our guests was that the signature drinks provided in our drink package were not very strong at all. I guess this is understandable since we did not choose the top shelf option. Other than that, it was the perfect venue. Oh, and the Bridal Suite is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect setup for myself, the mothers/aunts of the bride and groom and the bridesmaids to get dress and do hair and makeup touch ups. The groomsmen suite was very nice also. All in all, we would definitely recommend this venue, especially to those couples who are looking for a "one-stop shop" setup for their special day. We are also very thankful to Susan, the Event Sales Coordinator, who provided us with phenomenal service from the initial consultation/tour, the food tastings, walkthroughs, rehearsal and finally on the big day.
