A perfect day

The coordinator, Susan, was beyond accommodating, offered very helpful tips, vendor recommendations, and was super easy to reach for concerns, questions, and working with our selected vendors. The venue was very clean, spacious, and we utilized the outdoor gazebo for our ceremony. The getting ready room for the bridesmaids was wonderful. The food was amazing, the chef was very professional and able to accommodate an allergy concern easily, the food was raved over by our guests all night. We were so pleased with how smooth everything went all day long, how organized Susan kept things during set up and throughout the entire wedding, and we would highly recommend this venue! We had also been here for other events in years past which were always very fun and well run. We had lots of options for great pictures throughout the venue and are beyond pleased with how everything turned out!

80th Birthday Party

Susan Lewis and all the Staff at Olde Towne did an OUTSTANDING job with my husband's 80th Birthday party (around 40 guests). Everyone went above and beyond to make the party a wonderful success! Susan's valuable help all along the way made getting everything in place easy - everything from how to set up the room, recommendations for entertainment, and helping me pick the menu that would fit my guests and my budget. (Note: I had gluten free, chocolate free, and vegetarian requirements for some guests and guests aged 11-84. The Chef did an excellent job accommodating!). Olde towne is the way to go for your special events! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding! 10⭐️

We were looking for a wedding venue that was decorated for the holidays. Olde Towne was professionally decorated with multiple trees, a room with a fireplace made a beautiful backdrop for our guests. Our guests raved about the food too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Olde Towne and her team of you’re looking for outstanding service and great value.

Absolute Perfection!

I have booked at least 1 event at Olde Towne for the last 13 years. I can depend on a timely set up, friendly staff and fabulous food! Susan Lewis is a perfectionist who listens to the needs and wants and then delivers. She is also great with suggestions to provide a memorable experience!

Dream Wedding

No exact word can describe my experience 😌 We had our wedding here on 11/8/25 and it was so magical. We had Susan Lewis as our coordinator & she was absolutely amazing! I had her as my Day of Coordinator as well because she was worth all the extra fees. She helped create the timeline for the wedding, making sure that everything makes sense to the guests. She made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding!! Any issue or complication was handled by Susan & her staff. I had no ideas that things were happening behind the scenes. I just focused on me and having a good time. She was super responsive via emails and texts. God bless to her!! She truly had my back. The place was very classy & vintage looking which we love & wanted for our wedding. It felt so homey especially when all candles were lit & lights were dimmed. Food was amazing! All of our guests loved it. Not to mention, they offered some table centerpieces which helped a lot. Everything turned out so well & I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Beautiful place for a wedding!

The venue was beautiful, from the spacious wedding area to the elegant ballroom, parlor, and bridal suite. Impressed by the wide variety of food options available, and the chef's preparations were outstanding—many of our guests raved about the quality and taste. The seamless transition from the wedding ceremony to the reception was executed smoothly. We are grateful for Susan, her coordination and help throughout the planning process and all the little extras provided to make our day so wonderful and memorable. Thank you!

A wonderful experience

Working with Susan and Cathy was a pleasure. They were very responsive and patient with our questions even when we were sending messages at 10 pm at night. They let us borrow a lot of decorations we needed for the wedding and the timeline planning helped take a lot off our shoulders. Everything went off without a hitch and the actual day of was much less stressful as a result. We basically had to change from an outdoor to indoor wedding just a few days prior and all the help they provided in setting up an arch and decoration inside was a pure miracle. They really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted out of the wedding while helping provide key decoration information and vendor selection to make everything as easy as possible. Since they do the catering in house, we didn't have to get any outside food and the barbeque was delicious. My family loved it and they traditionally don't eat American food. My wife told me the wedding was more than what she had dreamed and I'm so grateful for everything the team at Olde Towne provided.

Beautiful & Affordable Venue for Modern & Classic Weddings

My now Husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Olde Towne Athletic Club for our Summer-Saturday wedding. The gazebo provided a beautiful backdrop for our intimate ceremony. The package we chose provided the 30-minute ceremony as an add on so it worked well within our budget. Our cocktail hour and the reception were held inside the ballroom and ballroom bar areas, and provided a seamless transition and experience for our wedding party and guests. Everyone was happy to escape the June heat, even though the gazebo is situated in a shady area (which was a plus!) The staff was very professional and attentive and the food was AMAZING, headed by an award-winning chef! The only complaint we shared with some of our guests was that the signature drinks provided in our drink package were not very strong at all. I guess this is understandable since we did not choose the top shelf option. Other than that, it was the perfect venue. Oh, and the Bridal Suite is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect setup for myself, the mothers/aunts of the bride and groom and the bridesmaids to get dress and do hair and makeup touch ups. The groomsmen suite was very nice also. All in all, we would definitely recommend this venue, especially to those couples who are looking for a "one-stop shop" setup for their special day. We are also very thankful to Susan, the Event Sales Coordinator, who provided us with phenomenal service from the initial consultation/tour, the food tastings, walkthroughs, rehearsal and finally on the big day.

Events manager was so easy to work with. She was very helpful and gave us excellent advice.

Food was outstanding, we went with the BBQ menu and had BBQ chicken with sides. Our guests claimed it was the best bbq they had ever had!
Loads of areas for photographs. Tables looked fabulous and they had plenty of decor to add to ours.

What an amazing experience!

We reached out to Susan at Olde Towne Athletic Club thirty (30) days before our wedding day. She started working with us right away. She was full of ideas and shared awesome contacts with us. She worked with my wedding planner seamlessly to make our day extra special. The facility is beautiful and came with a bridal suite, groom's room and the best Chef. The food was awesome. I will definitely refer others to her. I am thinking of having a 60th birthday in a few years. I will definitely check in with Susan before I start planning.

Smooth Planning, Perfect Outcome

Olde Towne is easy and pleasant to work with. They’re flexible and pay attention to detail. We held a reception for my sons wedding that had occurred earlier in the year in the bride’s home country and it was like having a second wedding. It was lovely, the food was great and everyone had a wonderful time.

Olde Towne is Special!

We held our reception at Old Towne Special Events and everything turned out spectacular! Susan was very accommodating with our requests and worked hard on the day of to make sure we were happy. The guests loved the venue and everyone was talking about how good the food was. We are very pleased we chose this venue!

Great Space - Easy to Work With

I cant say enough postive things about Olde Towne. I am so glad that we found them. We hosted an event here for over 300 people and it went off without a hitch. Jenni and her team were absolutely fabulous. We met numerous times to make sure all the details were perfect and everything surpassed our expectations. Perfect Event

We had our Valentine's Day luncheon here and it was one of the best meals i have ever eaten at a function. After several weeks of planning with Jenni, she and the chef created the most fantastic menu that our group has had at any venue. From day one, Jenni made sure we had everything taken care of and accommodated all our special meals for our guests (even the day of the event). We had extra people come and they were able to accommodate them as well. I enjoyed Olde Towne so much that we just booked another luncheon and a dinner. I highly recommend the chocolate dipped strawberries for a dessert option. They were some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend Olde Towne for a terrific hassle-free event.

Highly Recommend

We had my daughters sweet 16 party here a few weeks ago and Olde Towne did a wonderful job. We used wedding wire to search venues in our area and so glad that we found them. From the first inquiry, Jenni was so on top of everything. She helped me so much as I had no idea how to plan this event. We used 1/2 the ballroom and it was the perfect amount of space. The food was delicious, even being kids food the chef did an outstanding job. Chicken fingers was clearly the favorite. We had 2 mocktail cocktails that were a huge hit. Olde Towne was very budget friendly and Jenni was fantastic to work with. I hope to use them again in the future.

So Helpful Every Step of the Way

We hosted a ladies luncheon and Jenni was terrific from the moment she returned my phone call. She was so helpful with everything from the customized menus to the floor plan to the decor. She was so helpful with all her suggestions and helping me figure out exactly what our group wanted. With lots of ladies comes lots of opinions but Jenni made everyone happy which I know wasn't easy to do. The food was delicious - they have an incredible chef and guests were blown away. The venue itself is stunning and we didnt have to do much to the ballroom. Its a beautiful space. Cant wait to be back - highly recommend.

Holiday Magic

We had our holiday office party at Olde Towne Special Events and they did an incredible job. From the very first step, Jenni was wonderful, she is a great ambassador for the company. The event went seamlessly and I wasn’t stressed at all (our company takes our holiday parties very seriously). The food was FIVE star and we have a tough company to please. Everyone said it was our best party to date and can’t wait until next year. We will be back! Highly recommend

Dream Day at the Perfect Venue

There are no words to describe how perfect my daughters wedding day at Olde Towne was. Jenni and her staff were absolutely amazing. We booked the venue in 2021and Jenni treated us warmth, excitement and professionalism. Olde Towne was the venue of my daughters dreams. I knew that this was the place. Jenni helped us every step of the way. She was honest with her opinions, super quick to respond and made both our lives so much better. The day of the event was even better than we could have imagined. We got dressed in the huge bridal suite and they even provided everyone with snacks and beverages. The wedding went off without a hitch (or if something went wrong, we didnt know about it). The look on my daughters face when she saw the ballroom was priceless. Our friends and family said that was some of the best food they have had at a wedding of our size. I would recommend anyone to chose this venue. Jenni and her team will make your dreams come true. They sure did for our family.

Beautiful Venue

We had our holiday party here and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. Olde Towne was absolutely perfect. The holiday decorations were beautiful and we had so many places to take pictures. The food was incredible. To be able to have the quality of the food for over 250 guests was impressive. Our employees told us that it was one of the best meals they’ve ever had and hope we book them again next year. Highly recommend.

Awesome Event

We host our annual gala at Olde Towne and it was amazing. The amount of space we had for silent auction items along with dance floor, space for a band, buffet and seating for 200 was incredible. We loved the prediction space for check in and the bar area was perfect for our overflow items. Jenni was so accommodating in letting us come in earlier and get everything set up beforehand. The food was excellent and there was never a line at the bar for drinks (that’s one of the reasons we changed venues). It’s the most money we’ve ever raised and olde towne was a huge part of that. Highly recommend and we will be back next year.

Perfect Day

We fell in love with Olde Towne right out of the gate. Everything was so easy and Jenni was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy and helped us along the way with everything. The food is WOW - so good. I recommend the spring rolls and the beef tips - the cajun pasta was a huge fan favorite as well. Can't recommend enough - you will not be disappointed if you go with this venue. 5 stars

Surprise of a Lifetime

We hosted a surprise birthday party and Olde Towne knocked it out of the park. The food and service was incredible. Everything that we asked we got and then some. They were so helpful in getting everything set up beforehand. Plenty of parking for 150 guests - easy access. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful Venue — Amazing Staff

We are so glad that we went with olde towne for our wedding reception. This venue is beautiful and you fee like you’re in downtown with way better pricing. Jenni and her staff were so amazing. They are so sweet and every time you talk to them they make you feel so special. Jenni was so fast in answering all my questions and I’m sure I drove her crazy. She organized so many things and can’t say thank you enough. The food was fantastic and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend if you want a carefree stressful day!

Olde Towne is Phenomenal

After searching so many different venue, we met Jenni and decided to go with Olde TOwne. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have found this place. I had ZERO worries once i met Jenni. SHe is so personable, easy to work with and such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond. The chef - he is incredible. The food was amazing and people are still talking about it. Everything was stellar top to bottom. We got married at the Gazebo. It was so beautiful and cant wait to get all my photos back. THere is not one additional thing the club could have done to make the night any more perfect. The entire event was absolutely flawless. Olde Towne is phenomenal

Perfect Venue + Exceptional Service

Amazing space - we fell in love with Olde Towne from the ourside in. The outside gazebo was breathtaking and cant wait to get my photos back. Wonderful flow to the event. However, and equally important when you hold an event - the staff. WOW. Jenny knows the space very well as well as knowing what would work and not work - helping your choose and then making it happen. Exceptional service. Well done to her and her amazing staff... well done! My friends and family who have gotten married elsewhere were envious of the stress free planning experience we had all thanks to Olde Towne. And to top it all off, it is absolutely beautiful and the food was DELICIOUS - Highly Recommend.

Amazing Wedding Weekend

My son was recently married at Olde Towne. The rehearsal luncheon was held in their Pub area. The ceremony was at the Gazebo and the reception was held in their Ballroom. Jenni and her staff did an amazing job with the food and the service was outstanding. All 187 guests felt comfortable, there was plenty of space and the dance floor was full all evening. We cannot thank them enough for making this wedding weekend a truly memorable affair!!

Everything was perfect

We loved our wedding and reception at olde towne. From everything that was sold to us from our walk through it was delivered and then some on our wedding day. Jenni and her team were on top of everything. We got married inside and they flipped the room so fast while creating the look I was hoping for down to the last detail. Our original wedding was scheduled last May so all the changes and adjustments made over the last year were executed just like we had wanted. Jenni didn’t miss a beat and even as we replanned everything she was awesome. She calmed both of us down and helped us tremendously. Great space for a party

Planned an event at olde towne and it was awesome. The space is huge, the food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Jenny was so easy to work with. Everything was set up just like we talked about and came in to add our special touches. If you’re looking for easy, flexibility, and over all easy time, you’ve found your place. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier

Olde towne special events was the perfect choice for us! They had so many options to choose from with different services and prices. Jenni was so quick with returning phone calls and emails about any questions that we had. She coordinated everything and saved us so much money to not to hire anyone. The Grande ballroom was so pretty. It surpassed our expectations and loved everything we picked out. The staff was so attentive and really made me feel like they wanted me to have the best of everything— and we did! Amazing to work with and solid 5 ⭐️

Beatufiul Venue - Great to work with

There was a lot of stress being a bride in 2020. Jenni was there for me in every step of the way. It was everything I could have dreamed of even with the restrictions. I highly recommend using Olde Towne for your special day. Huge space for social distancing and the Pub for cocktail hour was just a bonus. 5 star venue all the way.

Great Venue

Very thankful to have chosen Olde Towne Athletic Club as our venue for our wedding! Jenni Ginepri, the venue coordinator, worked with us on being able to have a small, closed ceremony because of COVID. Jenni was so accommodating throughout the entire process, and Michelle was extremely helpful the day of the wedding. We had a perfect ceremony thanks to Jenni, Michelle and everyone at Olde Towne! Best Day Ever

Easiest decision we made was to have our wedding and reception at olde towne. Jenni was very attentive from the minute we inquired about the venue all the way until the end (almost 2 years). Everything was so seemless and taken care of that we didn’t have to worry about thing. The food was outstanding - better than the tasting. Our guests were very impressed with all the covid safety measures out in place by the venue as well. Can’t say enough positive things about Olde Towne. 5 star venue all the way ... highly highly recommend.

I got married September 2020. I 100% recommend olde towne for anyone needing a venue for their wedding or reception (or both). We are so thankful for everyone at Olde Towne for ensuring that despite COVID, we still had the wedding of our dreams. I never once had to worry that anything would go wrong with our wedding day and that’s a great feeling. Everyone is still raving about it. Jenni was awesome as we had to reschedule our wedding (shutdown). She was amazing at working with us on dates. She was kind, helpful and soooo patient. Everything ran seamlessly and the food was even better than at our tasting. The large ballroom allowed for even more social distancing. We are so glad we chose Olde Towne for our special day and would recommend the venue to anyone and everyone. 5 stars all the way

We Loved Olde Towne

Though a little delayed on the review, nonetheless I absolutely wanted to make sure to leave my 5 star review. Having our wedding reception at Olde Towne was one of the best decisions in the wedding planning process. Jenni, the event coordinator, is absolutely amazing and so great to work with. She was incredibly helpful in the planning process and the day of our event. The staff, the set up, etc was perfect. The grande ballroom was the perfect space to comfortable accommodate our 200 guests. We love the outside veranda area which allowed our guests to enjoy being outside while also being able to be inside. We would recommend uplighting in the space. Brings a whole different feel to the space and makes the room pop even more. Thank you to Jenni and the entire olde towne staff for making it the perfect day.

Easy to work with

Like many other brides scheduled to get married, we are in the middle of rescheduling. Jenni and Olde Towne have been so amazing to work with during this difficult time. Great Venue & Coordinator

We chose olde towne as our wedding and reception venue. I just want to say that Jenni is an amazing coordinator and we really enjoyed working with her. She offered so much guidance and tips that really made for easy planning. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly, efficient and helpful. The day of went off without a hitch and we could not have been happier with how everything came together. Bridal suite was huge and was so nice being able to have everyone get ready there. The food was delicious (love they do a tasting for all their clients) and that was only us that thought so, our guests commented numerous times about how amazing the food was.

Seriously, if you are looking for a wedding venue, just stop your search when you get to this place. It’s amazing and the staff is wonderful!

Couldn’t be happier with my decision

After several months of venue searching we came across olde towne and I knew this where I wanted my dream wedding. Jenni and her staff bent over backwards and made everything so easy. Never have I ever been taken care of soooooo exceptionally well. This place is amazing. Fabulous Event

We hosted our annual fundraiser at Olde Towne and it was amazing. Jenni and her staff went above and beyond. The food was awesome - spinach and artichoke dip was very popular. Can't go wrong with the mashed potato martini bar either. From the set up, to clean up, the staff was always friendly and helping in anyway they could. Bartenders kept the drinks flowing. Cant wait to be back again next year.

Dream come true

Olde Towne was wonderful. Jenny responded to every question and worry I had (and my daughters) - even if it didn’t have to do with the event space. She made us feel completely at ease about the day and leading up. She’s super fast about responding to everything’s which is awesome.

Wedding day arrives and every detail was handled. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. We even moved ahead of schedule and which was awesome to allow for more dance time.

They took care of everything. Everything was calm and stress free. Our reception was beyond what we had hoped for and our guests / friends/ family continue to rave about it. The staff was extremely helpful, patient and professional to make sure our day was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

I had my wedding here and and was very pleased with how everything turned out. Jenni was a delight to work with and she handled everything. You don’t need to get a wedding planner as she pretty much does it all. We got married inside the ballroom and did cocktail hour in the pub. All my guests raved about what a great time they had. Perfect venue. I absolutely love Olde Towne and you really cannot go wrong with having this as your wedding venue. The staff is 5-star, high class and the service is spectacular. From the beginning planning process until the day of i never once had a problem. The planner we worked with, Jenni, was extremely professional and very easy to get in touch with. All of the catering is in house, which makes the planning part even easier. The food is delicious and guests were happy. I am SO happy we chose Olde Towne for our wedding. My husband and I had our wedding at Olde Towne last month, and now that the craziness of the wedding planning as come to an end, I decided to sit down and tell the world what an amazing experience we had with Olde Towne. When I was "venue shopping," I encountered so many issues just because I simply couldn't find a venue that had everything we wanted. I seriously felt so defeated because we visited so many different venues in Atlanta trying to find the one we truly wanted. The moment I stepped into Olde Towne I was blown away. I remember thinking that I couldn't believe it had taken me so long to find this place. The venue itself is gorgeous, it offers completely separate rooms for cocktail hour and reception. Let me start off by saying that from the moment that I contacted Olde Towne, Jenni, which was my contact, was so helpful and responsive. She was truly a blessing because everyone knows that planning a wedding isn't easy, but when you have someone like Jenni who truly answers all questions and is so helping and responsive ALL THE TIME, it truly makes your experience that much better. I can say that she truly made my wedding preparation effortless with all of her help and for that I am truly grateful. The day of the wedding was completely AMAZING! I can't say it enough; everything was just perfect. The execution of everything was beyond amazing and perfection. We had a Gazebo ceremony take place and was beyond beautiful, and after it was decorated with all of our florals, it was even more than I expected. Olde Towne was extremely accommodating in allowing us to take pictures all over the venue, even out by the pool. Jenni and Olde Towne staff are definitely beyond amazing and will make certain that your day is everything you want it to be if it is in their hands to do so. Oh, and the tasting is the best; food was phenomenal! I truly recommend the spinach and artichoke dippers and crab stuffed grouper. Great experience!

We were married here a week ago and people are still talking about our event. It was absolutely the best night of my life. Jenni and her staff are amazing. Jenni was so helpful in planning every little thing. I probably drive her nuts but you would never know it. They went above and beyond in every area. The food was outstanding, excellent service and everything was exactly how we wanted it.

The food was delicious. We had plenty of everything. They were constantly replenishing things. The bar was able to keep up with all the drinks. I always had a full glass. I loved the alone time in the parlor room before we were announced.

I would highly recommend this venue. You will not be disappointed.

Jenni and her entire staff at Olde Towne Athletic Club went way BEYOND an excellent job! We selected Olde Towne for a larger baby shower. Jenni could not have been more accommodating to work out a few extra "special" requests from us that they very well pulled off the shower! I've worked with many event planners at different sites over the years and no one tops Jenni!! She was excellent, the food was delicious and beautifully presented! I rate Olde Towne at the top and we are NOT a member of their club either. I have only been there once before, attending a wedding several years ago and have no other association with this club! I held my mother's Surprise 80th birthday party at Olde Towne. The space was lovely and perfect for the event. Jenni and her staff were very professional and did a great job! My mom told me it was the best birthday party she has ever had :)

Olde Towne did such an amazing job. I was very pleased with the delicious food! I recommend the crab cakes, and the spinach and artichoke poppers! We did an assorted dessert fondue station, and our guests were more than pleased! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They even special ordered our favorite beer and wine to our liking! Thank you, Olde Towne, for going the extra mile and surpassing my expectations!

Jenni and the Old Towne Team did a great job helping us plan and pull off a wonderful surprise party for my Mom's birthday. The food was good for the price point and venue was decorated nicely. I would highly recommend them.

We found the coordinator and staff to be exceptionally pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable.

Olde Towne is a beautiful facility located conveniently in East Cobb. For the last 4 years Businesses, Civic Groups, Churches, Schools and Citizens of East Cobb have collectively honored our Police and Firemen twice a year with huge Celebrations at Olde Towne Athletic Club. The venue, food and service are impeccable. The events have grown from hosting 150 attendees to now almost 400! Jenni Ginepri and her staff are fantastic and provide excellent service.

This was a perfect experience working with the staff to make our Bride's wedding everything she dreamed it would be. Venue is beautiful, conveniently located and able to accommodate several wedding sizes.

I own the Dogwood Cotillion and have used the Olde Towne Athletic Club for years. They are always wonderful to work with. Jenni Genepri is my contact and has never disappointed. The classes are for 5th grade - 8th grade. This age can be trying at times but the club is very patient with us.
The annual dinner is always a bit hit. I highly recommend the club for your event.

Incredible event. The staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. Food was outstanding, and the festive decorations made the ball room perfect for our holiday event.
I couldn't have asked for better party. I highly recommend Olde Towne for any event.

A beautiful setting for a memorable day! I can not say enough about what a GREAT job OTAC did on our event. From the staff, to the venue, to the food it was top drawer across the board. The service was unparalleled and price was right on budget. I will be recommending Olde Towne Athletic Club to all of my friends!

The food was EXCELLENT (we had many guests telling us how wonderful it was)). Cocktail hour in the pub with a photo slideshow was also very cool, and the guests loved it!

We cannot express how happy we are that we chose Olde Towne Athletic Club as the venue for our wedding (ceremony and reception). It was actually the last venue we visited, but we knew immediately that it was the one for us (so much so that we actually moved our original date by a week due to the venue's availability). It is a warm and inviting space, with lots of character and plenty of areas for guests to move around and mingle without feeling confined to one area.

Everything I wanted and more

Everything from start to finish was such a smooth process. I had gotten so many recommendations from other friends who got married but the venue was either too expensive, awkwardly laid out or I just didn’t get a good vibe from the event coordinator. The moment my husband and I met Jenni and saw the place we knew this was where we wanted our reception. Jenni was so great at communication and giving you options. When I saw the venue on my wedding day I couldn’t believe how beautiful the room looked! Definitely pick Olde Towne for your wedding or reception you won’t be disapppinted!
