When I had an issue with another company I found myself two weeks before my wedding limo-less. Luckily I stumbled upon Lancelot Limousine and Rob. From our very first phone conversation I knew that I was in great hands and felt relieved. Rob assured me that he would do everything possible to make sure that I had the limo I wanted and everything would go off without a hitch---AND IT DID! We were lucky to get one of Lancelot's beautiful vintage Rolls Royce limousines. The car was in amazing condition, and when it pulled up on my block, it literally stopped traffic as people stopped to admire the car. The driver was such a gentleman and arrived ONE HOUR early (who does that?!??!). He was patient with us and made sure that we got all the pictures we wanted and worked well with our photographer. Despite it being the Marathon in NYC...he navigated the streets like a pro and our day went off perfectly. There is not enough I can say about Rob, and Lancelot Limousines. They really made me feel like I was the most important client and this is clearly how they treat everyone. If you want amazing service, beautiful cars, and an overall EXCELLENT experience...look no further.
