How many photographers do you work with?
I work with one additional photographer/assistant on a wedding event, but have many other photographers in my repertoire.

I do not book more than one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Multiple Canon Camera bodies, several L series lenses, 3-4 flashes, wireless remotes for flashes, video lights, 40+Gigs of CF cards, loads of AA batteries, tripod, lipgloss . . . . .
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
Full day
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. $150 for each additional hour, includes me and assistant.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
My assistant and I eat when everyone else eats. Aside form the cake cutting, I don't typically shoot people eating.
Do you charge for travel?
It is on a case by case basis . . day of the week, total distance and whether or not it is peak season are all factors.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4-6 weeks during peak season.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online jpegs.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofing gallery is live for 90 days.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but I grant home use rights which allow the client to print images, create albums, make cards, etc.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
A full range of albums in a variety of styles, sizes and prices.
When will the client get the final album?
It depends largely on the type of album ordered.
It generally takes 2-5 weeks from the date the album is ordered.
