Black & White, Sepia, Handcoloring as well as a variety of other techniques.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I have experience with all types of lighting situations.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I use only professional level digital equipment.
How many photographers do you work with?
I am the main photographer/owner and will always bring one extra photographer for better coverage of your event.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes I will always be the main photographer at your wedding with the exception of extreme illness in which case you will be provided with either a photographer of similar style and ability or a full refund of the exact amount of money paid.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I will never book more than one wedding in a day unless they are less than 3 hours of coverage each and there is at least 2-3 hours of time between the end of the first and the start of the second.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, see above.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I always bring professional level DSLR cameras with professional level lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I always bring one full set of professional equipment and one backup set of equipment incase there is a malfunction.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge hourly to accommodate couples with a variety of coverage needs.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes I am available for overtime at the same hourly rate as regular time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The only break we will take is to eat while the bridal party and guests are eating. If photographs are requested at this time we will be more than happy to accommodate them as long as we get a few minutes to eat.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees will be charged for any event more than 50 miles away from zip code 19440. Fees will be exactly what I am charged for items such as gas at a per mile rate, transportation to and from airports, airfare, lodging and meals while at a destination.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Online proofs can be available within 7 days or sooner from your event. Printed proofs are available within 4-6 weeks in the busy season and sooner in the off season.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs will be available in a password protected gallery as well as printed in an album with no proof marks or logo on them.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes as the artist I retain full copyrights to all photographs taken.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, I reserve the right to use the photographs as I see fit for advertising, competition or similar circumstances. Photographs with the recognizable faces of minors will require a model release from a parent or guardian before they will be used in magazine or newspaper print or contests. This will not apply to my website, business cards or brochures. Photographs can however will removed from my website with written request from the minors parent or guardian.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
At this time I prefer to provide you with a finished product and will not just shoot and burn the files to a DVD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. Images will be available for viewing and for purchasing prints by yourself as well as friends and family. Galleries are password protected.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Flush mount albums with metallic paper for more vibrant color. Please contact me to view a sample album.
When will the client get the final album?
You will receive the final book within 4-6 weeks from the date I receive your photo choices in the busy season and sooner in the off season.
