We always have a 2nd photographer available and can have more if needed

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I shoot using all Nikon DSLR. 2 or 3 bodies, 4 or 5 lenses, lighting, stand, anything needed to perform the day's work.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both- based on the package choosen
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, we can stay as long as needed. The lead photographer charges $75 an hour and the 2nd photographer charges $30 an hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I only take a break when the Bride takes a break!
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, $0.35 a mile & anything over 3 hours outside the DFW area we discuss with the couple.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
28-72 hours
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Website/Slideshow
How long can the client keep the proofs?
We do not use proofs, the couple receives all high resolution digital negatives on a DVD
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes but we also give the client rights too!
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
If the client requests this.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Any size, shape and style. We work with a great company who creates beautiful albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Within 3-5 months depending on the size and detail required.
