What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We do not offer unedited footage since we don't shoot to edit we keep our cameras rolling so that later we can pick and choose which shots to keep. We do one camera and multiple camera shoots. We prefer mutiple cameras because it creates a much more interesting video from different angles and different perspectives. All of our videos are edited with special effects.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We always take additional lighting in case it is needed but we always clear this with our couples because they may want it dark and romantic. We just make sure that they understand that their video will not be as clear as it could be if more lighting was available.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have a second crew that we will book if we are already booked for that day. I tell our couples up front who will be videotaping their wedding and I will show them a wedding video that the second crew taped.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
My husband and I do most of the videotaping and all of the editing we usually have our couples come to our studio to watch an actual high definition video and discuss their package options. There are times because of distance or scheduling conflicts where we don't meet our couples until their wedding day but we do a lot of communicating via phone or through e-mail.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We have videotaped weddings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and have on occasion videotaped 3 on consecutive days. We only videotape 1 wedding per day unless our second crew is booked also.

We bring 3 high end equally matched high definition video cameras, 2 wireless microphones and 3 digital audio recorders, 1 wireless hand held mic for interviews, video lights, 3 tripods, 2 monopods, extra tapes and extra batteries.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we always carry back up equipment.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We only take a dinner break along with the wedding guests.
Do you charge overtime?
Most of our packages come with coverage up to midnight. Our other pakages have a time limit and if we are asked to stay extra we charge accordingly.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
We retain all rights to the videos that we produce for promotional purposes.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
From the wedding date until we are finished editing the video we run approximately 8 to 16 weeks. Our videos usually take us 20 to 40 hours of editing until they are finished depending on package chosen and events of the day.
