Located in the resort region of San Diego, the Hilton Del Mar is the perfect location for your special day. The Hilton offers a beautiful setting for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunches, bridal showers, ceremonies and receptions for up to 400 guests.  Our on-site wedding professional will assist you with every detail and provide you with a selection of customized wedding packages to create your dream wedding.

The Lower Courtyard and Garden Terrace offer lush garden atmospheres with

intimate settings. The Garden Terrace is surrounded by willow trees and a pond,

locations are ideal for wedding ceremonies.

Our charges are typically based upon a per person wedding package.
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We will customize a special package just for you for rehearsal dinners.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Our ceremony site fees include a while aisle runner, white padded garden chairs, sound system, grecian pillars and any tables needed for gifts, guest book or ceremonial items (i.e. sand ceremony, unity candle lighting, etc.)
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
The wedding packages include the hotel's house linens, flatware, glassware, tables, etc. If something special is requested that we do not have, we work with several local vendors that we can rent from as needed.
 
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We provide 1 server per 20 guests for plated dinners.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do have a preferred vendor list that we offer to our brides, however, you can work with any vendor you are comfortable with.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No. You can utlize any musician you would like, although they may require additional equipment or power, which would have an additional cost associated.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes. There are corkage fees that will apply.
