Emcee - yes. The level of talking between songs depends on client's preference.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
usually meal required by client, however I do not need a "break" to eat it, can do so from DJ table or nearby.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
there is no dead air, music will always be playing unless client requests otherwise.
