Rack was absolutely incredible to work with, she was so kind and thorough in making sure she meeting our needs and ensuring we had a great day. She was great with all the kids that attended, a slight change last minute, and speed walking to our second photo location to make sure we got the best pictures. We had so much fun on the wedding day and couldn't wait to see the final product. When Rachel shared with us the sneak peak, we were even more excited! Then when the final photos were available, we were speechless. We had so many amazing pictures, each one feeling very authentic, emotional, and raw!

Rachel is the best of the best and we will request her services for all of our future photography needs! We had a small ceremony in the park on the same day as a major event that imposed road closures, and it was due to storm at the time of our ceremony. Rachel was proactive and suggested we move everything up to make sure we had enough time; we're so grateful for her flexibility and foresight. She quickly identified the best spots for pictures and was great at suggesting poses and bringing genuine smiles to our faces. Ditto for the whole family, including our one year old niece! The photos turned out beautifully even though I am not photogenic at all; I have never loved pictures of myself or my family like I love these. She is super talented and also such a warm and caring person, I couldn't recommend her more!! Worth every penny!!

We can’t sing Rachel’s praises enough! We hired Rachel to take both engagement and wedding photos. After our initial reading and all of the glowing reviews, we knew she would be the perfect fit, and boy did she deliver. Rachel was extremely patient, professional, skilled, friendly, and extremely accommodating! For our engagement photos, we initially wanted to take them by the Lincoln Memorial. When she arrived early and saw that there were construction fences everywhere, she quickly pivoted and suggested the DC War Memorial as an alternative shoot location, and it worked out amazingly. We also opted to have our dogs be part of our engagement photos, and Rachel was extremely kind, calm, and patient given the dogs were a bit distracted by all of the activity taking place on the National Mall. She managed to capture so many great photos of the dogs, making it seem as if they cooperated the entire time. For our wedding, not only was she extremely organized in wrangling dozens of family portraits in a short amount of time, but her incredibly fun and bright demeanor was noticed by several of our guests, who commented how fantastic Rachel was. Her planning sheet was comprehensive and she delivered on all of our requests. She was extremely prompt with delivering the final photos, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. We look forward to working with Rachel again, and cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel was our wedding photographer in October 2023. She was easy to work with leading up to the wedding and the day-of. During our pre-wedding discussions, she took the time to learn what was important to us (and what wasn't), and we could tell on the wedding day that she had really listened to us and taken everything into consideration. She is extremely professional - she knows how to get the shots that you want! She was able to give us direction while still not making everything feel super posed and staged. She got great shots during the ceremony and reception, and she made sure to check before she left for the night to ensure she had gotten all of our "must-have" photos. I think she even stayed a bit later than she had planned. But obviously, the key factor for any photographer is the photos - our wedding photos came out amazing. We got SO MANY photos, and somehow, they're all good! The coloring, staging, everything was absolutely perfect. We are still working with Rachel to order photo albums and prints - so far, she has been as easy to work with for this part of the process as pre-wedding! I highly recommend her.
