Melinda opened Festive Designs in San Luis Obispo, CA in the late 80's. Since then, she has become a fixture in the Central Coast wedding industry. Our studio is located in San Luis Obispo, and we mainly operate within SLO County, but are available for travel as well. Every event is personally delivered by Melinda Lynch and her staff to ensure your happiness and satisfaction with our work. Top notch customer service is our top priority.
Whether you know exactly what you want, or need a little guidance- Melinda takes pride in Festive Designs' dedication to providing personal service and attention to each bride's specific floral needs. We are happy to educate our clients on flower types, seasonal availability, container options and more. There are no set packages or minimums. During her consultations she works with each couple to create unique designs that perfectly incorporate the theme and feel of THEIR dream wedding! Can't visit us in person? No worries, we are happy to coordinate everything via email and phone. Technology is our ally!

Melinda is so talented and has such an artistic eye for design. She has been doing this for longer than I have been alive and her passion for this really shows. We sat down with Melinda to talk about the flowers for our wedding and she was full of knowledge, advice, floral books, recommendations and creative ideas to execute what we were looking for. She has very reasonable prices and does a killer job at putting your vision into a reality. She helped make our wedding beautiful and I am forever grateful for all that she did for us!
