Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
I am a home based business

I offer basic editing, complex editing featuring moving type, one, two, or three cameras

I can edit old photos into montage, convert VHS, 8mm or Super 8 to DVD,

Yes, I have on camera lighting, or if necessary spotlights

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

No, I only book one wedding per day, but may book more than one a weekend
 
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Depending on the package, but most of my packages are unlimited hours

If the client is interested in the raw footage they can have dubs of the tapes for an additional charge
 
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes- but only with the client's permission
 
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The bride can give input as to what she would like to see more or less of in the video, she can provide music suggestions, etc.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Usually 8-10 weeks after the wedding the bride will have her video
