Silver Linings $1,099

This package includes a 1 hour engagement session (not redeemable for an extra hour at the wedding if you decide not to have an engagement session), 4 hours of coverage on your wedding day, all photo editing, your online link to access all your photographs, fifty 5x7's and one 8x10 print of your choice printed for you on professional photo paper.


Gold Beams $1,299

This package includes a 1 hour engagement session (not redeemable for an extra hour at the wedding if you decide not to have an engagement session), 6 hours of coverage on your wedding day, all photo editing, your online link to access all your photographs, fifty 5x7's and two 8x10 prints of your choice printed for you on professional photo paper.


Platinum Dreams: $1,499

This package includes a 1 hour engagement session (not redeemable for an extra hour at the wedding if you decide not to have an engagement session), 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day, all photo editing, your online link to access all your photographs, fifty 5x7's, two 8x10 prints and one 11x16 of your choice printed for you on professional photo paper.


Diamond Day $1,799

This package includes a 1 hour engagement session (not redeemable for an extra hour at the wedding if you decide not to have an engagement session), 12 hours of coverage on your wedding day, all photo editing, your online link to access all your photographs, fifty 5x7's, two 8x10 prints and two 11x16's of your choice printed for you on professional photo paper.

Booking fee & Cancellation of Booking Clause for all Weddings:

If you want to cancel your booking you must send signed written instructions as soon as possible. The $200 deposit is non-refundable in the event of the wedding photography being cancelled.

Balance due: 2 weeks prior to Wedding Day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A WEDDING BOOKING

Cancellation charges are shown on the scale below.

Period before wedding
More than 60 days: $200 deposit only
29 to 59 days: 50% of contract price
11 to 28 days: 75% of contract price
1 to 10 days : 100% of contract price

If you want to change your booking
If, for any reason, you want to change your booking in any way, I will try to help you, although I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do this as I may be booked for your new date already. I charge an amendment fee of $50 if you wish to transfer your booking to a new date.

Copyright & Display
Donae Cotton reserves the right to use the images for display, publication, competition or other purpose, unless agreed to the contrary in writing.

Release of Images:
When you book Donae Cotton's services, once the photography is over, you will be sent a link to all your photographs that have been professionally edited.
You OWN these photos and are at liberty to download them to your computer, put them on a memory stick and take them into a Target Store/Walgreens
ProEx etc to a printing kiosk, send them via email to a professional print-house or forward the link to share with friends and family.


FAMILY PORTRAITS/GRADUATION PHOTOS/HEAD-SHOTS ETC.

$90 per hour at a choice of your location within the Twin Cities. Please inquire about mileage if outside the Twin Cities Area.
