Q. Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is most important to us. We take pride in being Professional, affordable, and reliable. We offer a listing of Testimonials from our most recent events on our website at www.DJsTOYOU.com.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Q. What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
DJs TO YOU requires that all of its DJ’s have at least 5 yrs experience having performed at more than 250 receptions. Our experienced DJ’s: know how to manage his/her room, keep the dance floor moving, have extensive knowledge of music and sound equipment, easily work alongside other vendors to coordinate activities, and are very friendly, outgoing, and entertaining throughout the entire event.  We are also members of the American DJ Association, National Association of Catering Executives, and the Wedding Professionals of Las Vegas.

Q. What are your hourly rates?
Rates vary depending on the type, size and date of the event. We also offer discounts for active Military as well as free services to qualified charities and fund-raising organizations.

Q. Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes. A $200 deposit is required to confirm your date.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Balance is due the day of the event prior to services.

Q. What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have more than 15 years of experience in the mobile DJ industry having worked at more than 1,100 events.

Q. Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We carry all genres of music dating back to the 40’s. We have hours upon hours of music for every decade and genre enabling us to do any type of event. We can accommodate all themed parties from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and today.

Q. Do you take requests?
Absolutely! We encourage it.

Q. Can I provide my own music?
Absolutely! We take pride in playing the music you want us to play.

Q. Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes. We keep a second sound system on-site in case of any failure or malfunction.

Q. Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. We are qualified to run all of your activities and events.

Q. What is your standard attire?
Standard attire for a wedding is a black tuxedo with a white shirt and tie, however we can dress to fit any theme as requested.

Q. Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured with 1M dollars liability coverage. This coverage satisfies all hotel and banquet hall requirements.

Q. How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We get EXCITED about doing Weddings! We take pride in planning, whether in person, or by phone/email, it's up to you. We will plan, plan, plan ahead. When it comes time for us to do our part, for the most important day of your lives, we will be ready. We always stay focused on making your day perfect! We set a very high standard for our Professional DJ’s and are eager to meet your expectations.
