We relive this wedding every day, and honestly can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for Jude and his team. Jude helped us coordinate our entire wedding, from planning and orchestrating the weekly meetings, to helping us navigate and giving us recs for all the vendors, to just making sure our ducks were all in a row. We had a change of venues due to unforeseen circumstances and literally had to change the venue and plan entirely 4 weeks before the wedding. He helped us contact all the vendors so it was as seamless as possible while always keeping us cool, calm and collected. He provided an excel spreadsheet that helped us stay organized (my husband and I are terrible planners and def not the most organized people so this was gold). He was also our MC/ DJ and catered to our last minute requests (like adding a slideshow with music to share at the wedding) and brought extra supplies upon our request. Not only did he help us out tremendously with all of this, but his kindness just checking in on us through every step meant so much to us. It is truly so rare to find people like Jude. Jude, you are truly responsible for the wedding going so smooth and perfectly, and we are extremely appreciative beyond words!!! Thank you thank you thank you I can honestly say we could NOT have had such a beautiful perfect wedding without you Jude!

We had In the Mix Productions for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars, and are so glad we did! Jude is so easy to communicate with. He’s responsive, patient, and guided us every step of the way. He is completely transparent, listened to all of our needs and accommodated us in such a friendly manner. We had many calls with him and he never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. It was always easy to get in touch, and we touched base again right before the wedding to finalize the details. We love that we didn’t have to go through any assistants and could always contact Jude directly either via phone or email.

For our wedding, Jude teamed up with Young (aka DJ Twin Spin) who handled the reception MC and DJ role. As soon as the music started, he managed to get everybody on the dance floor and keep it packed all night. It was absolutely wild. While this can be attributed the particular demographic at our wedding (having younger guests definitely helps), we felt that there were some things Young did that actually catalyzed this. First is his ability to enthusiastically yet still professionally handle the microphone and establish the right atmosphere. He’s humorous and well spoken, and keeps the program moving on schedule. But most importantly he knows how to get the wedding guests engaged and hyped up. We made a specific request to start off with songs from 2011, the year we first started dating, but left the rest up to him. He knew exactly which hits to play and actually mixed them together like a real DJ (that’s because he IS a real DJ…he’s resident at Temple in SF and a few other places).

When choosing ITMP for our wedding, we based our decision based on how comfortable and effortless it felt working with Jude, and how skilled and professional Young appeared to be as evident from his blog. We are so glad we went with them, as they exceeded our expectations in every way.

We hired Jude for our wedding in September. He was absolutely amazing! We hadn’t met Jude in person prior to the wedding, but we had multiple phone calls. He followed up with us two weeks prior to make sure he had the final timeline and to better understand our needs for music. My husband and I enjoy all types of music so we gave him the OK to have fun with it. He told us that he always tries to get all guests on the dance floor and plays the right music to do so. Jude did just that. Once he started that first song all 200 people were dancing and danced the entire time. He was able to read the guests and get a feel for the right music. He was on point with guiding our guests from the ceremony to cocktail hour and to the reception. Jude was very energetic when introducing the wedding party. He was such a joy and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend hiring him for a wedding!
