DJ Joey Moon is such a sweetheart. He is an awesome DJ with great energy. He has wonderful attention to detail, is great at planning, has awesome ideas, and is uplifting. He made the planning process fun, which can be hard when it gets stressful with all the decisions and unknowns. He is funny, charismatic, and came through for us. All my guests ADORED him. My mom absolutely adores him (she wanted to just keep chatting with him because he is so funny and sweet). My friends kept complimenting him on how great a DJ he is, and I promise they're picky. He was timely, organized, and seamless. He read the room and added great energy to the night. He even added in extra beautiful music moments for us before the ceremony since he was already set up during our first looks. I am glad I found him and chose him, and I feel his pricing is VERY fair for what he provides!! Honestly, his pricing is on the low end for the quality he provides compared to other DJs I spoke to. He live mixes, has a mixing board, a slick setup, and lighting, and did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Also, my husband and I feel like we gained a friend in the process! I truly feel like Joey cares about us as a couple and about making our day feel special, and he nailed every single song, cue, announcement, etc. I recommend Joey 100%! Hiring him will be one of the best decisions for your wedding.

There are good DJs… and then there are DJs who completely blow you out of the park and DJ Joey Moon is absolutely THAT guy. 🔥🎶 In a world where it feels like everyone is searching for something memorable and full of life, he brought an energy that people are still talking about. From our ceremony at one location to our reception at another, he handled everything flawlessly. His professionalism, organization, and passion showed every single moment. The lighting and decorations created the perfect atmosphere, and every song he played fit the vibe perfectly. He kept the dance floor packed and the party going all night long. One of the biggest highlights was the scavenger hunt game he organized, our guests LOVED it, and the people who participated had the best time. Joey was the DJ at the Holdrege High School junior/senior 2026 prom this past weekend. Today in school, the students will not stop talking about how great the dance was. Joey plays the best music, got all the kids out on the dance floor, had everyone hyped up and involved. The kids LOVED it! The food was good, the decorations were great, the post prom event was fun - but the only thing the students are talking about is how great the DJ for the dance was. They already want to get him for next year’s homecoming and prom and they all want his contact info so they can follow him on socials. He’s the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!! He’s fantastic.

Music was one of the biggest stress points for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had a very unique mix of guests, and with over 50% of our guests declining due to it being a destination wedding, we were worried the energy would fall flat.

It did the exact opposite.

Not only did the party NOT flop, we extended it two extra hours — all because of Joey.

He listened to everything we wanted, read the room perfectly, and adjusted the energy in real time. He truly felt like a musical scientist.

He seamlessly blended classics, Mexican deep cuts, EDM, and everything in between. He hyped up our wedding party, made our families feel included, and kept the dance floor packed all night.

He even surprised me with a Taylor Swift karaoke moment, which ended up being one of my favorite memories.

We could not have asked for a better DJ than Joey for our ceremony and reception. From his ability to clearly communicate about the finer details to being extremely flexible with our schedule and adjusting meeting times, Joey helped make our planning process worry & stress free. I had two requirements for how I wanted my reception to go: I wanted to dance and I wanted the music to feel seamless throughout the night. From his perfectly curated playlists for different parts of the wedding day to our dances and every moment in-between, everything felt personal and like we could truly tailor our wedding day soundtrack to our personalities. Any request we had, Joey was able to meet it and go above and beyond our expectations. Not only was he able to accommodate our outside ceremony plus our inside reception, but you would hardly notice the change inbetween. Joey was the perfect mix of professional and fun. He brought the energy to our dance floor and helped bring our wedding to life. Friends and family have told us he was the best DJ at a wedding they’ve ever been to and we couldn’t agree more. Joey did an absolutely amazing job as our wedding DJ. We had him play both our ceremony and rehearsal and everything went smooth and perfect. He is very detail oriented and planning our day with him was extremely easy. He does an excellent job of creating the perfect vibe for each step of the wedding — ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance. The song choice was left
mostly up to him for our dance and he did a phenomenal job of playing songs we all loved that got everyone out on the dance floor. We had nothing but positive feedback from all the guests and members of the wedding party as well as the venue/bar staff. Everyone loved having him as a DJ and I had several people coming to me asking “where the heck I found such a great DJ” all night. Great DJ, and great guy all around!

Joey Moon was so easy to work with. From our first conversation, he wanted to get to know us to fit our style the best and took a general interest in what we wanted for the reception. We could tell he cared about us and that he would make our wedding special! We wanted people to be out on the dance floor all night and that’s exactly what we got. He is super energetic, fun, and professional. Listened to our music taste and complimented it so well! So many guests at our wedding complimented him and said this was one of the best receptions they had been to because of him! Thank you DJ Joey Moon!! Would recommend him to anyone!!

Joey is incredible! I have never experienced a DJ like him. We were lucky enough to book Joey for our Vegas wedding - Joey has the best energy and really knows how to read the room. Myself and my husband have slightly different music tastes and Joey blended the genres perfectly. Joey made us feel confident before the wedding as he answered all our questions and checked in with us on the lead up. All of our guests commented on how amazing Joey was. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about our wedding reception experience with Joey. He is incredibly kind, organized, thoughtful about the vibe, and made fabulous recommendations for the flow of the evening. He definitely kept the place rocking as the night went on.
