When should I reserve my rental equipment?
We encourage brides to begin their dialogue with us at least six months before their wedding date but earlier if possible.  The most unique things tend to go first and are the items that we are often unable to source elsewhere.  Despite having a 24,000 square foot warehouse and vast inventory, we still run into availability problems at times, especially when given shorter timelines.  After making your initial reservation, simply call us to make adjustments; we are quite flexible.  The only items that carry a cancellation fee are heaters, cooling units, and tents.  Cancellation fee takes effect 60 days prior to your scheduled delivery.

Tips and Advice
1.  Call us as soon as possible after you are engaged to take advantage of the best selection possible.  You can always make changes later.
2.  Save pictures and magazine clippings that serve as inspiration pieces for the look you hope to achieve.
3.  Realize that the best way to stay within your budget is to keep the guest list realistic.
4.  If planning an outdoor wedding at a rented place, carefully review the facility's guidelines to ensure there are no surprises later.  Our knowledge of many of these facilities can help you avoid pitfalls later.
