We photograph are all of our events.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never in a day! Sometimes within the same weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, if something unforeseen happens, we have several wonderful photographers that would cover for us.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring all of our cameras, lenses, lighting, tripod, etc.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we have 2 extra back-up sets of equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly. You make your own collection.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, same as hourly rate.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
When everyone else is eating, we usually take a break since people usually don't want pictures of themselves eating!
Do you charge for travel?
Depends where it is.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4-6 Weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
On a password protect website.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The online proofs are available for 3 months, maybe more. And it's also possible to get proof prints, just depends what the collection is.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, all good photographers keep their copyright. However that doesn't stop the client from making personal reprints.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, we like to show off all of our work on our blog and website so we can attract other cool people.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, if they include it their collection.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, as stated above.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer coffee table style albums from Asukabook and KISS leather books. If there's a specific album company you love, we can work with them too.
When will the client get the final album?
It depends when on what type of book it is. Usually within 3 months after the wedding.
