Tips and Advice

When considering a catering company, always request a tasting even if there is a fee attached.  You will be much happier knowing and understanding first hand the care and quality of food you and your guests will be served. In a time when most any type of food can be bought "already prepared" you will want to make sure that YOUR wedding food is indeed freshly prepared rather than processed.

Have some idea of the catering budget you want to adhere to.  Try to be somewhat flexible with that budget if possible, but it it helpful both to you and your caterer going in if there is a ballpark figure to work towards.

We always want to know as much as we can about the bride and groom so that their personalities and style are reflected in the wedding reception, so don't be afraid to ask you caterer for something that may not be the norm, but makes  your guests say "Wow, this looks just like them!"
