Welcome to the Chocolate Factory! At Chocolate Brooms & Bouquets we create custom designed and handcrafted items for your special wedding celebration! From eye catching placecards, centerpieces, cake toppers to your very own custom designed bridal bouquet , we work personally with each bride to ensure your vision is realized. Our goal is to create those special, personalized details that your guests will always remember! Our speciality is creating jumping brooms & wedding florals: bouquets, corsages, boutineeres that will last you well beyond your big day.

With over 65 colors to choose from, you can pick colors they are not available in fresh flowers - and the bonus is you are investing your money in flowers that will NEVER wilt & die so you can cherish your bouquet for many, many years to come! For our more daring brides, we offer more nontraditional options as well, such as "bouquets" made from fans, feathers, leaves, seashells etc.- whatever tickles your fancy! We also offer custom designed & handmade : Unique Unity Candles, Wishing Well/Card Boxes, Guestbook, Cake Toppers, Placecards, Flowergirl Basket & Ring Bearer Pillow and much more!

Can you tell me exactly how the customized wedding process work?During your initial consultation, we will discuss your wedding day in detail: style, colors, theme, budget etc. and  most importantly how Chocolate Brooms & Bouquets can assist you in creating a beautiful memory. After choosing what products best fit your needs, I’ll begin to design around the specifications discussed in the consultation. W’ell work together to make any adjustments until we come up with a final product/service that is perfect. You’ll see the design process evolve from basic sketches to actual physical products! What’s the next step after the first consultation? This is the step that I love: creating your customized item! After your deposit is submitted, I’ll begin assembling your item(s). During this time,  I will provide digital proofs (pictures) from various angles to show your items as I complete them. That way you can see what you are purchasing and make changes! Once your order is complete, we will contact you. What if I change my mind about a detail on my order?  As stated earlier, once you have signed the contract on what your product or services you will be purchasing, there will be some room for small adjustments. For example, if you decide you want to add a picture of you & your fiance on your cardbox, that can be easily done.  However, if you have ordered a round cardbox and you sometime later decide you want a square one, that would not be a feasible request, because your order has more than likely been processed. In any case, if you decide to change something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible as to give us enough to time to make any adjustment we can. What types of payment do you accept? At this time, we accept cash, money orders & paypal (www.paypal.com) Do you ship outside of Chicago or the USA? Absolutely, just let me know where you want them shipped and I will secure a reputable shipping company like fedEx, UPS etc. Insurance & Tracking will also be included- so no worries about the whereabouts of your items.
