Facilities and Capacity
Catta Verdera Country Club features a Spanish style throughout, which elevates the club’s atmosphere. Couples can begin their day in the convenient dressing rooms. After getting ready, they may then proceed to one of the ceremony spots to exchange their vows. Both indoor and outdoor options are available for couples to choose from. Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres can then be held on the Terrace before guests move inside to the Reception Room. Here, there is space for up to 180 guests to dine and dance. Between the manicured grounds and the exquisite architectural details, the facilities easily enhance a couple’s wedding vision.

The professionals at Catta Verdera Country Club are devoted to providing couples with personalized services. Multiple packages are offered to streamline the planning process. The on-site coordinator works diligently to help nearly-weds see their wedding come to fruition with ease. Tables, chairs, linens, candelabras, and other event rentals are offered for the couple’s use. The culinary team provides catering services and beverage options are available, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Menu tastings, planning sessions, and a preferred vendor list are offered to facilitate the event’s coordination.
History
The golf course around the country club used to be a part of The Whitney Ranch. This ranch was founded by J. Parker Whitney, who fell in love with the area in 1851. He later returned with his brothers who by 1870 were running a 22,000-acre property. This transformed into a golf course. The club’s own course sits on 335 acres and retains many of the landscape's natural features. With oaks, pines, and tranquil streams, photo opportunities abound for a couple’s big day.

Photo ops? Everywhere you turn. The venue is incredibly photographer-friendly — no long hikes or hidden corners needed. Whether we’re capturing golden hour kisses on the hills, sweet first looks under the olive trees, or dreamy wide shots of the ceremony space framed by Mediterranean architecture, everything flows naturally and beautifully.

Beautiful location, incredible team, everything you could ask for...
For the price you pay, you get everything - a gorgeous venue with everything at one location, an attentive team to help make your day run smoothly in all aspects (set up, during the event, tear down, etc.), and absolutely delicious food. The stunning, fully bloomed wisteria on the pergolas in the patio area was a perfect natural decoration for our cocktail hour - also, it was a huge bonus that it matched our wedding colors! Our guests haven't stopped raving about this venue. We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at Catta Verdera!!

By far one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Northern California, Catta Verdera has the perfect outdoors and indoors wedding and reception options for brides and grooms. Watching a bride walk down the lovely, long path is one to treasure.
