Caroline is the absolute best. She went so far above and beyond for our wedding. She was intimately involved in every step of the process and held our hands the whole way. (And I needed a lot of hand holding!) She helped us plan our budget and introduced us to our venue (which we would not have considered without her and we LOVED), our photographer, our band, our florist, our stationary and all of decor vendors (including draping, lighting and rentals). She worked very hard to always give us multiple great options that were aligned with our budget. (She literally went all over town to every linens vendor to get us the same linens we loved for 50% off our original vendor's price.) She was constantly available over the 18 month planning process, always making time for my panicked calls / emails. (Including Facetiming me on Saturday afternoon while I was dress shopping.) The wedding itself went off without a hitch under Caroline's watchful eye. She is truly fantastic at her job and such a joy to work with. You will not find a better planner!

As a very Type A, organized person, I had always thought I would plan my own wedding. However, when actually faced with the task, my husband and I decided that hiring a planner would be a worthwhile investment given our busy work schedules and the fact that we do not live in Washington, DC where our wedding celebration was held. Throughout our search for a planner, Caroline made herself available to answer our questions. We felt extremely confident choosing to work with her given the time she gave us as prospective clients, and I can now say that partnering with Caroline was the single best decision we made for our wedding.

Caroline planned our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception, and ensured that all events went off without a hitch. Her expert planning ensured our wedding events felt cohesive and were breathtakingly beautiful. Our guests are still talking about all aspects of our celebration, from the biggest items (e.g., stunning floral installations) to the tiniest details (e.g., pillows embroidered with our wedding monogram at our reception). As we look back on our entire wedding weekend, there is not a single thing that we can say did not go according to plan and we know, without a doubt, that it is because of Caroline, her team, and the expert group of vendors she assembled for us.

Throughout the planning process, Caroline was extremely responsive despite our numerous emails, texts, and calls. She always put us at ease, seamlessly negotiating any challenges that arose (e.g., changes in the contact person at our venue), and shared our growing excitement as our big day approached. Most importantly, when our wedding finally arrived, Caroline ensured that a normally anxious and high-strung couple was able to completely relax and enjoy every second of our wedding weekend. In fact, our guests consistently commented that they have never seen a happier or more calm couple! We, along with our parents and bridal parties, felt like VIPs all day long. Caroline and her team anticipated every need we had, ensuring there was not a single thing we had to worry about other than enjoying the day. This was particularly important to my husband and me, as we wanted our parents to be able to focus on sharing this special occasion with us rather than having to make sure things were proceeding according to plan.

We recommend Caroline with the utmost confidence and know that she will work together with you to create a wedding celebration that will surpass even your wildest dreams. While I miss interacting with Caroline almost daily, I am so happy to now call her my friend and I will excitedly continue to watch her work her magic for all of the couples who are lucky enough to collaborate with her!
