I do guarantee my presence at every event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Sometimes I may have more than one event in a weekend, but never on the same day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I do have a number of experienced and professional photographers to call on in case of emergencies.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring my main camera and flash unit along with backup equipment. I also have a two light studio set up with background for on location portraits when we are shooting indoors.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I always have a backup gear, as do my assistants. This mainly consists of camera bodies and flash units and a case of extra memory and rechargeable batteries and chargers.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I am your photographer for the entire day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Breaks are not planned into my schedule. If things are quiet that is considered a break.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
I provide a web gallery
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The web gallery is posted for 6 months, but may be extended when requested.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
