From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, Jamie felt more like a friend than just a vendor, and by the time our wedding came around, she truly felt like family. One of Jamie’s greatest strengths is her ability to build the perfect vendor team. She understood what we wanted from each vendor — both from a style and personality perspective — and presented us with thoughtfully curated options. After meeting with potential vendors, Jamie would talk through our impressions with us and help guide us toward the choices that best fit our vision and priorities. Thanks to her, we ended up with a dream team — vendors we genuinely loved and who worked seamlessly together. It’s no surprise that whenever we mentioned Jamie was our planner, every single vendor raved about her.
Throughout the planning process, Jamie kept us on track, even when life got busy and we started falling behind. She helped us focus, prioritized what needed to happen when, and somehow made the whole process not just manageable but genuinely fun. We actually looked forward to our meetings with her and would leave feeling energized and reassured every time. Even before our wedding day, we were telling anyone who would listen how amazing Jamie is — we would have recommended her a thousand times over.
But I think the real measure of a planner’s greatness comes on the wedding day itself. And this is where Jamie’s magic went beyond anything we could have imagined. Without going into the whole saga, we ended up facing hurricane-force winds at our tented outdoor wedding — winds so intense they threatened to lift the tent off the ground and forced everyone to evacuate indoors mid-event. While this could have been an absolute disaster, Jamie handled it with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we hardly had time to realize what was happening. Knowing that I’m a more laid-back, type-B bride, Jamie had quietly prepared backup plans well in advance — so by the time we realized there was an issue, she already had solutions in motion. Our incredible vendor team pivoted with her lead, and thanks to Jamie, our wedding was still everything we hoped for — joyful, beautiful, and filled with love (and a little unexpected adventure).
I honestly don’t have enough words for how grateful we are to Jamie. She saved our wedding day, plain and simple. I truly don’t know how things would have turned out without her at the helm, and I don’t want to imagine it. Working with Jamie was one of the very best decisions we made. We love her, we miss her, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a total pro, an incredible human, and absolutely the person you want by your side on your wedding day.

Our son was married this past Saturday on the Cape at a fabulous venue with two big beautiful tents holding 160 people. Unfortunately Mother Nature had her own plans with driving rain and a tent that just didn't want to stay in the ground with massive wind gusts!
This is when you see how the best in the business handle what could have been a chaotic event with utmost professionalism, calmness, all while calmly pivoting right away to plan B! She already had a plan B before the day even started!
To say Jamie was calm under pressure is an understatement. When you are as good as her, great vendors know it, and her close contacts with so many of them will make your event the best, whether you have a calm, sunny day or a rainy, windy day! Luckily the sun did come out, the tent stayed in the ground and we had an epic wedding reception....memorable to say the least!

After interviewing Jamie, I knew we would be in great hands. She and Stephanie helped us every step of the way, including guiding us to superb vendors, and then staying on top of them. When things got derailed, they jumped in to get things resolved. The did a great job of keeping us on task and thought of details I never would have. I knew that I wanted to hire a wedding planner and when I was looking at the local vendors CCC had great reviews across a variety of platforms - yelp, google, the knot, etc. I am super picky and was very particular when finding a company and planner with incredible attention to detail and a discerning eye. Stephanie and CCC were amazing partners during the entire process. I felt incredibly comfortable leading up to the weekend events because of Stephanie's level of detail and knowledge of the wedding industry. She made the entire weekend go so smoothly and we are forever grateful for her and CCC.
We decided to go with the full service planning package and would do it over again. The service is not inexpensive - but allowed us (and family) to have peace of mind so that we could be fully present and enjoy the weekend. 10/10 would recommend CCC.

My husband and I are not detail people. We knew what we wanted to feel on our wedding day, but the actual "how to get there" part? No clue. Enter Jamie. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with creativity, patience, and so much kindness.

Stephanie is the BEST! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She truly helped me plan the wedding of my dreams and I am so happy we got paired up together. Two years ago one of my daughters was married on the Cape and we worked with Jamie and this year we had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, Both helped my daughter choose vendors and think through details that would fit our her vision and our budget. We valued their extensive knowledge of and connections to local vendors and advice on everything from scheduling to decor, and the many judgement calls Stephanie helped develop a plan B rain plan which came in handy during the craziest wedding day weather, including a power outage during hairstyling (!) and sideways rain. Stephanie worked with the venue and vendors, calmly troubleshooting with a smile to keep everything running beautifully on schedule and smoothly! We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy the day. Don’t do a Cape wedding without CCC. You will be glad you did!
