I charge by the package, and sometimes hourly if the time goes over.

Yes, $200/hr.
Do you charge for travel?
Mileage is charged when the location is 30 miles or more away from the Lino Lakes area.

Typically 3-5 weeks.

I use collages.net for my digital proofs.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
A cd can be purchased with the copy release.
