Do you do the calligraphy by hand or computer printing? I prefer to do the work by hand, however, if a client has a request to match a pre-printed font, it usually can be done with computer printing on envelopes and larger projects.

Do you book ahead?  Yes. I only take on 1-2 clients per week.

What do you require when I drop off or ship my materials? A completed Order Form (emailed to you), all materials, a typed list or text copy, and a minimum of 50% deposit, cash (in person) or money order.
