California Fresh Catered my wedding last July. We were so impressed with every detail from start to finish. Jayme O’ Neil, our coordinator, was very easy to work with, extremely professional and went beyond our expectations. She was so personable and cared just as much about the details. She wanted to work with the other vendors and the wedding coordinator to ensure the best reception possible and she achieved that. We couldn’t be more pleased. The service Jayme and her team provided was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend California Fresh Catering!

The food was the best anyone had ever eaten at any wedding ever. They worked with our dietary retrictions for our guests and they provide all of the rentals. Food was hot a delicious and the leftovers were even better.

UPDATE (post wedding): BLOWN away by Jayme and her team. Jayme was an active part of the process all along the way which I really appreciated. Any concerns or questions I had she answered. Everyone RAVED about the food and the service the day of the wedding. Jayme personally brought over food from cocktail hour to the bridal party which was so good and much appreciated. I could go on and on but without a doubt in my mind I would pick California fresh over and over again. We are SO happy we chose California Fresh and wish we could do it all over again (since you don't actually eat at your wedding). Thank you!!!!

Although our wedding is still in a year, I am blown away by how wonderful Jayme is and how excited she has made us about choosing California Fresh Catering for our events. After talking to her for half an hour on the phone to get an idea of what I wanted she instantly sent me a quote that fit our budget. She is SO quick at responding which is something my type A personality absolutely loves. Not only is she quick at responding but she is very helpful and willing to make recommendations. Our food tasting was phenomenal and we especially loved the appetizers and are sad we won't be there for cocktail hour ourselves haha. There are SO many options to help you create your perfect menu. We are so excited to have Jayme and the rest of the California Fresh Catering be a part of our wedding day!!

Jayme and team were awesome to work with! Mexican food was amazing - people still comment on our food today (4mos later!). They really stepped in and helped out with floor plan, rentals, etc. and were extremely helpful. Jamie is calm. cool, and collected - just what you need during the craziness of wedding planning! We couldn't be happier!!

I cannot say enough great things about California Fresh Catering. Jayme worked with us the entire way. They were fantastic about staying within our budget, gave tons of input with practical ideas that worked out so well on the big day. Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone is still raving about how good the food was at our wedding. California Fresh’s staff were so helpful and really made the even go off without a hitch from champagne toast to dessert and clean up at the end of the night. I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

I can’t recommend Jayme, Chef Jim and the entire California Fresh Staff enough!!! They exceeded my very high expectations and knocked my socks off!!! Jayme and Chef Jim made the planning process, set-up and clean up completely seamless. The food was spectacular.

Pre-Ceremony they served a wonderful Chef’s table with amazing cheese, pate, bread, tapenade. Our guests were given a taste of the amazingness that was to come. Post Ceremony cocktail hour - As they were setting up tables our guests were treated to more appetizers (several people told me later that they thought that was the meal :-)) - this included even more cheese choices and different tapenade, antipasto, tandoori shrimp, Vietnamese sandwich bites, an amazing pate (people were raving about it) and MUCH MORE. As a new bride - I was on such a high that I didn’t get to any of this amazing food - but my guests were amazed!

Then came dinner - our guests had three separate stations with amazing food. Most people hit all three stations multiple times!
1) Tomahawk steak (which they grilled on our grill to perfection!) with Mac & Cheese, Root Veggies, Baby spinach salad. Dramatic presentation and cooked to perfection. 2) Sesame salmon, rice, asian noodle / cucumber salad. Flavors absolutely exploded in my mouth! Not dry - perfectly moist. The cucumber noodle salad was spectacular! 3) Braised Osso Buco with marrow parfaits (yes it was amazingness!), Parmesan risotto, charred broccolini, and a wonderful beet salad with hazelnuts & goat cheese.
By this time I was over the nerves and I ate at every station. Chef Jim……You are AMAZING!!! The amazing food continued - we decided against just one dessert - Yes - we had a dessert table with 9 different amazing desserts. Small bites that everyone went back again and again to enjoy.

It is a week since our wedding and I’m still getting calls from friends and family letting me know how amazing the food was and that it was the best wedding ever!

Working with Chef Jim and Jayme at California Fresh Catering really made our weeding a breeze. The food was fantastic! I don’t know how I would have gotten through our wedding without their help. The catering staff was extremely professional and provided everything our guests needed. Throughout the planning process Jayme was there for us with a prompt answer to every question. I would highly recommend California Fresh Catering to friends and family for any event.

After having gone through a few caterers who were rude, forgetful, and unresponsive, it was a breath of fresh air when we met Jayme at California Fresh Catering. Our food tasting was an extremely fun night, with music and a ton of options, we knew we found our caterer. Pricing was reasonable for all that I wanted for our wedding. Good food, great presentation, and even better service that my guests are STILL talking about a month later, so glad we went with them. I am recommending them to my bride-to-be friends who have already googled them after my wedding was over. No need for additional praise, the experience convinced them all.
