About Us
The Q Cafe is an innovative non-profit cafe featuring direct trade, organic Stumptown coffee, loose leaf teas, internet access, live music and art shows, community events, and rental accommodations.

Renting the Q Cafe not only offers a great space for your event, but it also helps the Cafe continue to be a community presence. Along with supporting the local music and art scene, the Q Cafe facilitates community events and donates 10% of its sales to local non-profits working on local and global causes.

Rates are listed below. We will do our best to work with you to make your rental - however small or large - a great event!



Café Space: (2 hour minimum)

$75 per hour, plus required staffing personnel.

*Set-up/Clean-up fee will be charged depending on details of event

Included Accommodations: Cafe bar, stage, kids room, private room, microphones, stereo system, audio/visual projector, 2 computers, wireless internet, cafe furniture + folding chairs and tables w/ white table cloths, plenty of parking.

Staffing Personnel:

Event Host (required) - $15/hr
Barista (optional) - $10/hr
Audio|Visual Technician - $15/hr (optional, but required for rentals that need to use the sound system)

Kids Room also available free of charge (no staffing is available for kids room)
