Describe your DJ style:
Our role is to facilitate your wedding keeping you, your family and friends as the focus of the celebration. We tailor our services around your preferences. Generally we offer announcements when needed, coordination of the reception, and keep guests dancing through playing the perfect mix of music.
What is your usual attire?
Suit and tie or tuxedo, client preference.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
If it's impossible to find a song we'll work with you to find or acquire a selection.
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have three wedding DJs who are matched to you depending on the style of wedding you are having, location and any other preferences you may have.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
4 hours.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Initial meeting is in person, unless it's not possible as in the case of long distance planning. In that case we'll have a phone meeting and work through email to secure details.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We've had experience with a number of mixed ethnic backgrounds and cultures, if in our meeting we don't feel comfortable with your wedding, we'll refer you to someone who specializes in your needs.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We arrive 1.5hrs before the contracted start time. (1) 6-8 foot table.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
Only with lighting
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We talk when necessary to keep the flow of the evening. We keep the focus on you and your guests, minimal interruptions.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No, if you wish to provide a meal it's always appreciated.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Music is provided through the entire duration of the wedding.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Always.
What is your overtime rate?
Prices discussed in our initial consultation.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
