Describe your DJ style:
Fun and professional. We will always work with your other vendors to be sure your event is exactly as YOU want it to be.
What is your usual attire?
We always dress professionally, after all, we are attending a wedding.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
We carry a very extensive music library, so we will probably have the some you need. But if you do have an obscure request, we will ask that you provide us with the CD.
How many other DJs do you work with?
There are only 2 DJ's in our company, giving that 'personal touch' to your celebration.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Our minimum performance time is 4 hours.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Of course. We want the bride and groom to feel comfortable with their decision.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We bring 2 complete setups to every celebration, so we always have a backup.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Lighting is available upon request.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We like to arrive at a celebration at least one hour in advance to setup, giving us an opportunity to thorough test our system. A table is requested, but not required.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
Our footprint is very compact. We do need to be at least 15 feet from an electrical outlet, with no foot traffic between.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We will emcee the entire celebration, but keep 'useless chatter' at a minimum.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
A meal is not required by Bradenton DJ.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have never missed a wedding, but we do belong to an organization that offers emergency replacements, if it was ever necessary.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We will travel up to 1 hour with no additional charge to you.
