Absolutely beautiful. Sherri was a dream to work with during the whole wedding planning process. This venue gives you the best value and is so flexible to make your day perfect. They also work with other local vendors (cake, flowers, ect.) to make your day go smoothly and stress-free! There was absolutely nothing to worry about and it was the perfect place to make our wedding dream come true.

Site was beautiful! Sherry Hoffman worked with us, providing logistic assistance (chairs, arch, podium, etc) as well as with setting aside a block of rooms for our wedding party & guests! We could not have been more pleased with the way everything worked out!

This venue provides a beautiful and unique outdoor setting. The hotel made sure everything was perfect for me in the days leading up to the wedding; they repainted the arch used in the ceremony as well as the outdoor staircase, planted flowers to make everything look beautiful and most important of all they made sure all my guests were comfortable and content. Sherri was a tremendous help every step of the way and the kitchen staff did an amazing job catering our wedding; even though we had a very specific vegetarian menu. I loved the Olympian ballroom and all the linens, chairs and decor was set up perfectly for the reception. My only complaint which would be a small one was that there is no central air conditioning provided after a certain time of day and since this was a summer wedding it did get a little stuffy in the ballroom BUT Sherri came to my rescue immediately and provided us with cooling fans and a standalone air conditioner which kept us pretty comfortable. The air conditioning issue is not the fault of the sales staff or hotel staff it seems to be more of a management issue so I did not blame them for the problem, however I would have given this venue 100% if not for that one problem. Most of my guests didn’t even seem bothered by it, at least no one complained to me and everyone stayed until the very end of the night, we even took over the bar downstairs and when it closed around 2am most of my guests were still hanging out and wanting to party. I would say that my wedding day could not have been more perfect and I am so very grateful to Sherri and the Best Western Staff for their job in making my dreams come true!!!

Fantastic forested outdoor wedding site. Indoor reception was too hot, cake melted, guests left early. Air temperature control is a problem at this venue, even though it is beautiful and staff is great. My reception took a dive due to the indoor heat!
