Dorothy form Bells and Whistles in obx NC. provided my husband and I with such an amazing wedding day experience. She was able to understand my vision from the first time we met, and being able to put it all together on our special day perfectly! I couldnt imagine our wedding day without the special touch of Bell & Whistles, it wouldnt of been the same. Dorothy is very creative and has a wonderful sense of nature and organic visions. Everything was tastefully decorated without over powering the beauty of the ocean and beach landscape around us.
