Do you provide customary cakes, such as Croquembouche?

Are you licensed by the state health department?
Yes
Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
Private tastings are held on Sundays, by appointment only. Open house dates, do not require appointments and are seasonal. Open House dates are posted on our web site.
What are your tasting hours?
Sundays, 12-4 PM, By appointment only
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
We price per project and have a minimum order of $600 for large events. Mini wedding and party cakes, for events with less than 50 people, have a $125 minimum.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We can design any type of cake you would like, you can design it, or you may select from a photo.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use fresh, local, and premium ingredients whenever possible. We use 100% butter in all of our icings for the best flavor.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Three days in advance.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We prefer that the florists leave the flowers for a Haute Cakes staff member to place on the cakes. The fewer people that touch the cake table, the better!
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Yes, cake stand and cupcake stand, Fee is applied with a credit card held on file. Credit card will be charged a replacement fee if the items are not returned by designated deadline.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes, delivery fee in included in the price of the cake. Delivery to San Marcos, Marble Falls, Waco areas is extra.
