Since this is really a passion I like to make it right, so I only use high quality ingredients such as Tahitian Vanilla beans or home made Vanilla extract, liqueurs like Grand Marnier, Cognac or the one you like, and of course, real butter. No Shortening! Zero Trans-fat!
