I found Melissa at a bridal expo. She was offering a special sale, so I figured why not? We set up a tasting and that went great! The cake was very delicious but not so rich that you couldn't finish. So we booked it right then and there and even chose a flavor that we hadn't tasted. Melissa was so flexible - I changed the design once - no problem. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. When I ate the cake at my wedding it was even MORE delicious than I remembered from the tasting! Seriously, it was SO good! Melissa's setup as an online bakery helped us stay within budget, and we got great value for the price. It was so convenient to meet with her for the tasting. She came to us at a location that was easy for us, and there were absolutely no hiccups. The whole experience start to finish was easy, convenient and delicious! I highly recommend her! I hope I can order more cakes from her in the future!

For my daughter's wedding we did two very "small and tall" wedding cakes just for bride and groom and a big dessert buffet for the guests. She did 6 different desserts in small containers for the guests. All six of the deserts were great, the chocolate mousse was a stand out as well as the "smores marshmallow" (a homemade marshmallow, dipped in dark chocolate and graham cracker crumbs). The mini caramel cheescakes were great as well.
the guests loved the deserts. There were lots of good choices. Worked great.
The price was good. Super easy to pay with paypal (I really appreciated that).
She delivered on time.
