We hired Eileen as our day-of-coordinator based on her reviews on Weddingwire and an initial consultation which took place over the phone. Eileen's personality is perfect for wedding planning/day-of-coordination. She is calm under pressure, comfortable being in charge, and easy to work with.

We actually didn't meet her in person until a month before the wedding, but our meeting to go over the wedding day details confirmed that we had made the right choice. Eileen created our wedding day schedule by asking for our feedback, presenting different options for scheduling, and then contacting all of our vendors. It took a huge burden off of our shoulders in the very busy weeks before the wedding. A rainy weather forecast the week before our wedding threatened our outdoor ceremony, but we knew that if we had to execute our rain plan, she would be able to take charge.

Eileen is very detail-oriented, and you only need look at her emergency kit to know how organized she is. (Everything in its place, easily accessible! I was impressed.) I tend to be a bit of a type-A person and I worried about whether I'd be so mired in the wedding day details that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day. But with Eileen in charge, I relaxed and was able to be in the moment. I didn't worry about a thing. She made sure the bridal party drank water, she fixed my hair, she held up my dress, and she keot us on schedule - all with poise and grace.
