From our first meeting with Ben to the wedding day itself, we couldn't have asked for more. As music lovers with a keen interest in setting the right vibe, we found Ben to be the perfect fit for our wedding.

In our initial meeting, Ben asked, "Do you want a talkative DJ/MC?" Before we could answer, he assured us, "I am not that guy," which was exactly what we wanted to hear. His approach to letting the music create the mood was ideal for us.

When it came to planning the music, Ben was very collaborative. He provided a music worksheet and took the time to understand the type of ambiance we wanted for each part of the event—cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance party. His dedication to getting every detail right was impressive.

On the day of our wedding, Ben's expertise was evident. He delivered a fantastic music selection that kept our guests entertained and dancing all night. Many of our guests commented on how much fun they had and even said it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended.

Ben's professionalism and genuine personality made the whole experience even better. We are incredibly happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a DJ who can make their event special.

We are so happy that DJ Flavya DJed our wedding. The pre-wedding process was very easy and helped us communicate what we wanted with Flavya. We only had four specific songs requested (one for immediate post-ceremony, our first dance, and our final two songs). Flavya curated the rest of the music that perfectly fit the vibe we wanted for each portion of the celebration. She also coordinated the sound for the ceremony and toasts perfectly. There were a few times when we had to request some quick adjustments (lighting, moving the toast set up, etc.) and Flavya handled those perfectly. The process for working with Non-Traditional DJs is easy enough and very clear. They have a wealth of Spotify playlists that helped refine our thinking/requests before our final pre-wedding conversation.  

Ben was such a great DJ for our wedding at the prospect park boathouse, he absolutely listened to everything we needed and made the entire process so seamless! HIGHLY recommend!
