Wedding Service that went above and beyond!
Amanda Gulley, Area Director of Catering & Conference Services was incredible to work with! As our main contact with the venue and hotel, her leadership and guidance throughout the entire process were fantastic. She was always cool, calm, and collected and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind, even when she had to say "no" to some of our requests. She helped us navigate so much - from tent installation, to set-up, to last-minute adjustments of tables and chairs, through a massive thunderstorm in the middle of our reception, and even brunch and breakdown the next day - everything was absolutely perfect. And Amanda's second-in-command - Kat - was an incredible help through dinner service at our reception and Sunday brunch as well. All the staff at the Alexandrian - from those setting up the chairs, to those bartending, to the bellman Moustafa who helped us carry everything to our car at check-out - were kind, celebratory, accommodating, and delightful to work with. And our guests and family had a wonderful time celebrating, eating, sleeping, and parking all in one place!!
