When we originally began wedding planning, we were not planning on hiring any type of wedding planner or coordinator, but the venue we ended up choosing required us to have a day of coordinator. I am now SO thankful for that requirement, because that eventually led us to Sara and Events + Style.

Since I hadn't originally budgeted for a wedding coordinator, I wasn't able to spend a fortune on one. Sara worked with me on a price that would work for us, and for our budget. This was initially what drew me to Sara--She was literally the ONLY coordinator I contacted that was willing to work with me on price.

We met a few times throughout the planning process, and Sara always answered my emails. I had A LOT of questions during the planning process, and she always responded quickly and kindly, which I appreciated so much.

Sara was a huge source of support for me in the week and days leading up to the wedding. She got in touch with everyone concerning pick ups and last minute details (While I was scrambling to finish last minute decorations I decided to come up with and deal with my influx of family coming in to town) which was super helpful. She was very organized and asked detailed questions about all of the decorations and supplies we had for the wedding. We were nervous it was going to rain on the wedding day, and she dealt with coming up with a Plan B, in case it did rain on our outdoor wedding. She had a detailed schedule on the wedding day, and made sure that my husband and I ate our dinner.

Sara was so very supportive and helpful during both the wedding day and throughout the planning process. I can't even imagine not having had her to help during our wedding day. We were able to truly just leave everything to her, and enjoy our special day, which I will be forever grateful for.

We hired Sara as the day of coordinator for our wedding and were very happy with her! Sara was flexible in coming to a fair price for the service we needed, and with only a few meetings she was able to take all of the ideas and hard work I had put into the planning and put it into place perfectly the day of! She was always easy to get in touch with, is very organized and thorough and made it clear that her #1 priority was making sure it was a stress-free day for us and our families. Mission accomplished! Thanks Sara, our day was incredible and we appreciate all of your hard work to help make it happen!

From table tops to Origami fortune tellers, Events+Style was dialed in! I had the pleasure of working with them as a partner vendor for a wedding on April 20th. By far one of the easiest and most responsive event coordinators I have worked with. Besides the fact that the wedding had seamless execution, the style and flare was one of the most unique and well put together design concepts I have seen. Their attention to details impressive, their coordination flawless, and their style unimaginable! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!
