Fridays and Saturdays are popular days for weddings, but if you had to... Would you rather get married on a Thursday or a Sunday? Next question: Would you rather... cut the shower or the bach party?
Fridays and Saturdays are popular days for weddings, but if you had to...
We're getting married on a Sunday, but the next day is a bank holiday. And because we know people have to work, we're ending the party at 9 PM, so they can all go home and get a good night's sleep if they want.
Ugh, that's so super tough! I'd avoid either, but I guess if I had to choose I'd say Sunday? I have a lot of family that are coming in from out of town so it would probably be easier for them to take Monday off of work than potentially Wednesday-Friday.
I would have to say if I had to choose between Thursday or Sunday I would pick Sunday. The reason is so my kids can be there and not miss school or be out so late.
Personally, I would say Sunday. Although many people have to work the next day (Monday) it allows more of your guests to attend, and not have to miss a day of work.
We're getting married on a Monday because most of our friends work on weekends or run their own businesses. So with that reasoning, I'd probably say Thursday.
