Finally mrs.jkr, on March 15, 2014 at 7:51 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 5

They have lots of cute ideas for bridesmaids, but I am wanting to do something special and cute for my flower girl... her parents have already said yes Smiley tongue

    We actually just asked FH's niece to be our flower girl! She lives a few states away so we sent her a cute little bracelet in the mail that has a charm on it that says flower girl. She loves it!

    I sent my Flower Girls a little letter & a wand because they are 'princesses'. I found the idea on Etsy, but just bought the supplies myself from Michaels & made them Smiley smile

    @Lindsay- that's so cute!

    I bought a book from amazon about being a flower girl so my niece would understand and a Melissa and Doug wooden "paper" doll bride and groom that you can dress in wedding outfits.

    My flower girl lives a ways away, and actually her mom (my cousin is our photographer). She is 7 years old and loves getting fun things in the mail. So I made her 2 signs, one was "Will you be my flower girl in my wedding? I promise a pretty dress!" The second was a sign that listed 10 things I expected her to do. For example, 1. get your hair done. 2. get your make up done. 3. look like a princess 4. dance a lot. things like that. I sent it in a huge envelope that was completely filled with fake flower petals, she threw the petals for hours and had a blast.
