Where was your first date?

Within our first few weeks at college we went to get frozen yogurt together one night and took a walk around campus. We ended up talking for hours and instantly started our friendship that turned into more within a few months!

We saw Secret Life of Pets and went to Red Robin for milkshakes and root beer floats. We got one of every appetizer on the menu! We did the same thing for our 3 year anniversary this year (but we saw Secret Life of Pets 2)

My back yard we had a fire and sat out there and talked most of the night.

Our first date, was my house. He came over and I cooked dinner for him!

Our first date was either hiking in Boulder or at an old school game bar called 1Up in Denver. I was technically on a “break” from my ex when we went to Boulder but interest was definitely expressed, but we kissed for the 1st time at 1Up a week later and officially started “going out”

I was over two hours late for our first date. We ended up meeting at Ben and Jerry’s after I texted him asking to meet up still. He was so charming and understanding. I didn’t want it to end.

We went to see a movie and to McDonald’s (because he was deployed for almost a year, he wanted an American cheeseburger). But technically it was pizza and falling asleep super fast at the hotel when he had his homecoming!

We went on our first date to O'Charleys.

Our first date started a chocolate factory, but we ended up exploring the entire town. It lasted 12 hours.

We went to the movies and had dinner at steak n' shake. The weirdest part was that one of our completely oblivious friends decided to tag along and Rob and I are not the best at saying no. Also, we weren't really sure about things yet at that point cause I was fresh out of another relationship. But! We went to see the first Avengers!!

(also, legit oblivious, this guy didn't even realize we were together for like 3 months...)

Our first date was a Dave and Buster's. This has been my favorite go to spot for my birthday every year. Since I was out of town that year for my birthday, he offered to take me there as our first date. It was also our first kiss! All I can say is WOW!!

Our actual first date was our 1 month anniversary. He took me to a fancy steakhouse in town and wined and dined me. Although I was impressed I didn’t want him to get the wrong impression of me and told him that although I appreciated his efforts I’m not that kind of girl. The rest of our dates have been more relaxed. Also, there is disagreement on whether this was our first date or not. I don’t count group outings and social events as dates so to me this was it. Lol

We went to the movies and saw Wolverine Origins and then went to a bar for a drink. Funny thing is I didn't realize it was a date at first because I lost a bet to him and had to buy him a drink, I thought he just wanted to see the movie but didn't want to go alone. Needless to same, I'm oblivious when it comes to seeing when someone is interested.

Our first date was at our favorite sushi place which quickly became a tradition for us.

Technically, I think we've yet to have one.

We met for the first time face to face at an airport. I guess it might have been when we went to the park and walked round a couple of times.

We got Mexican for lunch and then went bowling. Five and a half hours later we finally said goodbye.

I'd say our first date was a walk in the park - literally.

Went out to an amazing spot for sushi, which I found out later that he hates, but went just to please me. ❤️ He’s such a blessing!!
