Where do you buy a Veil that does not cost as much as your dress!..Preowned is perfectly fine with me.

Kevin, on October 28, 2016 at 6:45 PM Posted in Planning 0 33

I have been looking around for a veil and they all are so expensive. I don't want to spend so much on something I'm wearing for no more than an hour... any ideas?

    Etsy, eBay, Amazon.

Amazon! I just ordered my veil off of there, it was $20. Just be aware of the fact that a cheap veil is generally not a quality veil. As long as you're ok with that, I definitely recommend amazon

Blanca Veils. She has a website and Etsy. You can order a sample pack of all colors of tulle and choose 3 lace, if you'd like to compare to your dress. I got a chapel length veil lined with lace all the way around for $96 versus the one at David's Bridal for $250. I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase!

Have you tried the WW Bride 2 Bride group on Facebook? I've seen a lot of veils and other preowned decor on there! I actually just bought something on the group!

    Amazon. $10-$20.

For better quality maybe etsy or a preowned site

But if you really don't care much, just get the cheap $15 veil on amazon. Why spend the extra money?

This is why this accessory will be apart of my something borrowed. I think some of the prices are crazy.

Etsy! Some places will even send you a fabric sample to match your dress to. My best friend bought hers there and it was beautiful!

I got mine at Davids Bridal and it was $79. I thought that was reasonable but I'm always in favor of Etsy. Good luck

I bought mine on ebay, but I ordered ivory and they sent white. So that part sucked. I ended up going with another one that a friend had.

I didn't really want a veil but they stuck one on me at the dress shop and my mom yelled "we'll take it!" Lol. It was $200 (she bought it). I have no clue if that's a normal price or not. It's hip length

The veil that matches my dress perfectly is $459 at the salon I purchased my dress. So I found one that is very close on Etsy for $89. Score! I got mine from USAbride but BlancaVeils has beautiful stuff also but couldn't do the intricate hand beading I wanted for my fingertip veil.

I love my $12.99 Amazon veil! Read the reviews and check the return policy, but the seamstress at my first fitting didn't believe me when I said it was from Amazon Smiley smile

There is a reputable site called JJ'S house and they sell good quality veils for as low as $16 (I also got my dress there.)
