Where do you buy a Veil that does not cost as much as your dress!..Preowned is perfectly fine with me.

I have been looking around for a veil and they all are so expensive. I don't want to spend so much on something I'm wearing for no more than an hour... any ideas?

Hobby Lobby! I am being a zombie bride for Halloween and picked up a veil for $8 and it is actually pretty decent!

I bought mine when I picked out my wedding dress. It's a gorgeous cathedral length veil with really pretty lace on it. It was $300 but there was a sale so I even got a pretty good chunk off of that too! I went to Alfred Angelo Smiley smile

I am using the one from my bachelorette party! It was $5 off of Amazon and I dyed it ivory to match my dress. I tried it on in the store as a joke and everyone there even the owner went crazy over it! The bottom is satin and matches the bottom of my dress perfectly. It is a two tier fingertip veil with satin edging. Saved me $200! And it is made incredibly well! My mom is sewing on flowers from her veil so it will make it even more special.

Check the online clearance section of DB. They put veils on clearance all the time. I got my veil (fingertip length, matches my dress, has beading/embroidery on it) for $25, it was regularly $99.

You can find even cheaper on Etsy, eBay, and AliExpress, BUT you might have to order a few to find one that isn't stiff or of low quality tulle, which will drive the overall price back up.

The woman altering my dress is making mine. She's charging a fraction of what I saw at some other stores and it will be personally made to match my dress.
