Where Are You Spending Your Wedding Night?

I still have no clue what we're going to do! I'd looove to book a suite at this beautiful winery that has a hotel. It's the same place my FH proposed so I think it would be perfect! But it's super expensive. Is there like etiquette as to who pays for the wedding night suite? Or is it just the bride...

Since we are flying out the next afternoon we are staying in the bridal suite that I'm getting dressed in. Between housekeeping and my BMs the room should be fabulous for the few hours we're in it.

We are staying downtown, in a beautiful old hotel that has been remodeled. The Skirvin in Oklahoma City. We are paying.

We have complimentary bridal and groom suites in the mansion we are using for our ceremony and reception (MIT Endicott House). We are staying Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. The guests are staying there as well, which is one of the many reasons it was so attractive to us. We will have breakfast with our guests in the morning too. We aren't leaving for our honeymoon until a week after.

We are staying at the same hotel as our OOT guests, since FH got a crazy deal with them through work. The next night we will be spending in our own apartment (he's moving in in June, that will be my first night there!) and then early Monday morning we will leave for Boston!

We're actually staying in a regular hotel room that night. Our reception ends at 11am and we leave for our cruise the next morning. No need in spending money on a room that we'll just be knocked out in for a couple hours.

We are staying on site at our venue along with the rest of our bridal party, however someone else is taking our basset hounds for the evening (they get upset when we are paying attention to each other, sigh). The master suite is pretty fantastic, with a gigantic walk in shower and 2 person jacuzzi =).

We are flying straight to L.A. and staying there the first night. I got us a suite, but am leaving room for a possible free upgrade for honeymooners.

Did you call the place directly and see if they offer anything? I did that with the actual honeymoon hotel on Catalina Island and they took off a few hundred dollars from the total and even threw in free taxi service from the port to the island.
