August 24th 2018. He proposed as we just signed papers for our new home. 😭

We were on vacation in Williamsburg, VA where we'd be for his college buddy's wedding. We decided to take a day trip to Virginia Beach and he proposed on the (burning hot) sand while his cousin used Facebook Live so my Mom and sisters could watch from home.

I got engaged December 25th 2017

I said okay .... he hands me a pandora box I thought it was a charm for my bracelet.... he tell me to open it .... so I do and there was a ring that was his mother's from her first marriage to his dad

We were engaged October 20, 2018. He put together a performance that included several friends on the rooftop of a historic hotel in Venice Beach.

Very simply put: he played guitar and sang Eight Days A Week by the Beatles, performed a ballet routine for me to Body Like a Back Road (with friends playing and singing), told me how much he loved me, felt safe and belonging and how much he wanted to continue life together. Surprised everyone and asked me to be his wife.
