What Part Of Your Wedding Day Are You Most Looking Forward To?

Spending time with family and friends for sure, having our MOH and BM come in and celebrate with us from out of state and seeing our vision and planning come to life!

For our minimony I was most looking forward to being married to my husband. Now for our upcoming big wedding I am soooo ready to party with family and friends. Especially after being pretty much isolated last year due to the pandemic.

I can't wait for FH to see the dress I'm having made, and getting to celebrate with all of our friends and family in one place.

I also really can't wait for our first dance since we signed up for lessons together and it's going to be so fun!

I'm really big into music and how it plays out in life, like songs that play at the most perfect moments lol. So I'm really looking forward to walking down the aisle and locking eyes with my FH and the song I'm walking to hitting at the most perfect time! I know it won't actually be perfect, but the song itself gives me chills when I hear it and I can't wait to connect a memory to it!

I'm also looking forward to having all of our family and friends together in one place to celebrate! It's been years since I've seen my mom's side of the family in person (they live in Canada & the Philippines), and I haven't seen my mom since the pandemic started. It'll just be nice having all of our loved ones in the same place together.

Dancing lol. I LOVE to dance, especially at weddings, so I'll for sure be spending most of my time on the dance floor lol!

I think for me it was just the idea of going around and seeing everyone just come and celebrate with us

My FH is a huge Harry Potter fan, and I’ve chosen to walk down to aisle to Neville’s Waltz ( a beautiful song regardless) and I can’t wait to see his reaction to that. Our recessional is Dreams by the Cranberries and I can see it all so perfectly now 😂 I can’t wait!

OH.MY.GOSH. Why haven't I thought about that song until now?!? I'm a huge HP fan as well and didn't even think about that song hahaha!! I'm pretty dead set on the one I have now, but I'll def. see if our videographer can use it for/in our wedding video! Our recessional song is Paradise by George Ezra, and I can't wait to dance down the aisle to it! It's so fun and upbeat!

I am excited for the whole ceremony. My 5 yr old is walking me down the aisle so I know that'll make many of us tear up, we picked beautiful and sentimental music for us, we're writing our own vows and my fh is writing some to my son I think, and we are doing a unity tequila shot. The whole thing is very unique to us and I can't wait for it.

We are having a semi destination wedding. Half of our friends and family (including us) will be flying into Florida so really looking forward to spending time with the group of people before and after the wedding. I’m also looking forward to the getting ready time with my girls the morning of. Most importantly all the little personal touches we’ve put in throughout the day to make it ours. For example: first look with boba tea because we LOVE boba and Rock Paper Scissors to see who goes first on vows (saw this on Instagram). It will calm our nerves and make it more fun. One of the groomsmen is also going to be our officiant so he is going to incorporate our personal stories in his speech. September can’t come fast enough.

Because we already are married (covid eloped in the courthouse) I am honestly sooo excited to wear my dress. I didn't get to when we went to the courthouse and I have just been planning this for so long and I just want to wear it!

Walking down the aisle & seeing my FH. That’s the main reason I didn’t want a 1st look. The aisle will definitely be the climax of the day for me :-) But also looking forward to getting ready w/ my VIPs. I’m not really looking forward to taking pictures, but hopefully my attitude will change over the next few months.
