What is/was your first dance song??

Our first dance song is a slow remix version of a song from a video game. The regular version was the song that happened to play on his computer when he first asked me out, so we decided it was "our song." So it just makes sense to do the slower, more romantic version for our first dance.

Contemplating 'Man and Wife' by Michelle Featherstone, but it was just a little too sappy for us.

And to be honest, I do beleive when you know you just know ...just like the dress...although I have yet to start looking for a dress yet. I'd imagine I would feel the same way only better....it just sounded right to us.

"Me and You" by Kenny Chesney :-) Good luck finding/picking yours! Remember, the song doesn't have to be slow or fast. All that matters is it's a song you both like and you both can relate to in a loving favorable way! It's supposed to make you two happy while dancing for the first time as H&W.

I really want ours to be "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz

One of our friends did "I won't give up". Be warned, it is a LONG song, and most of the guests got bored with it about halfway through and started talking, and they had even choreographed it.

We had originally liked "1234" by the Plain White Ts, but it was so bouncy, it was hard to dance to, and we ended up just laughing and not really dancing when we tried. Which is what I meant by too fast. I don't really care about the speed as long as it makes sense to dance to. We have some new ideas though! It's fun to see what everyone else is doing!

Amazed by Lonestar. Our second choice was when you say nothing at all but used that as the song that the vocalist sung during the ceremony.
